I have a BOSCH hand drill (27 years old). The on/off switch failed. A call to Robert Bosch Canada directed me to Mississauga Repair Centre as they did not sell parts directly. That was on January 18, 2019. I placed an order for a replacement switch and waited over five weeks. I have visited their shop at least six times looking to see if the part had arrived. On each visit I was given a different reason as to why the part had not arrive. On Monday Feb. 25th I got fed up with the lack of service and went to Home Hardware and ordered the part there. Within two days the part was delivered and the drill was repaired. I am sorry to say that I will never return to Mississauga Repair Centre and will advise others that their service is non existent. read more

Amazing service!! The owner knows what he is talking about. Can tell you exactly which machine breaks down a lot and which one doesn't. He can tell you everything your heart desires in terms of power tools!! Never buying a powertool anywhere else again!! I went there to purchase a band saw bearing it was on a Saturday and they were the only one that I could get it from. They charged me $34.00 for one Cinese made bearing that would cost about $7.50 anywhere else. I had to purchase it because the job that I was working on needed to be finished that day. Rest assured that I'll not be returning to Mississauga Repair Centre for any more purchases and I do not recomend that store. read more

I had to have my power tools repaired a few times. Although this place is 5 minutes from my place, I prefer to drive for an hour, to other, more distant repair centers. This place (with Adam Bilan as the owner) is horrible! They are rude, unprofessional, and they cannot fix the tools properly. I keep having the same issues with my tools only because they did not do a good job. They said they fixed the tools by replacing the parts with brand new, only for me to find out that nothing has been actually replaced. I guess they charge a lot of $$$ form the companies that make the tools, and they save on the parts by cheating the customers. What the f*** !!! BTW, the wait time is the worst of all the places I ever dealt with. I will never again come to this place, ever!!! If you want your tools to get fixed properly, within reasonable time and be treated with respect and professionalism, stay away from this place! They are con artists, butchers, cheaters, nothing more! read more

After wasting a lot of time and driving all the way to this repair shop with my broken tools, they refused to take my tools for the repair (despite the fact that the tools are all registered and these guys did repair them before). They told me to go home and bring the charger and batteries! What the hell! I was never asked for that before! The chuck on both tools was broken (BTW these guys fixed already the same issue before but it was not fixed properly and the chuck was jamming again) and to fix it no damn charger or batteries were needed. The funny part of this is that I called some other repair place, and those other guys said "no problem, bring your tools, we will fix the chuck, and you do not need to bring any chargers or batteries". Bought a Cordless 18v Brad Nailer (Ryobi) 6 months ago, then it stops working went to multiple Home Depot Locations and called Ryobi all pointed me towards Mississauga Repair Center, called them a couple of time since I was asked to go there for Warranty. Person on the phone was very abrupt and dismissive saying we dont fix these nailers, cant help you. I hope I never have to deal with this store again not a pleasant experience. read more

So I purchased a Milwaukee cordless nail gun 2 years ago, and about 3 months ago it started misfiring, so I called service, which is Vaughn and Mississauga, which is closer to me. So they told me of this place, in Mississauga to go to and that it would be covered by warranty. I called then and had someone tell me they would look at the tool and if it's was a hastle then they would send it out to Vaughn, I didn't need it immediately so it seemed like a great option. I went there today, I stood in line. Some guy comes out of the back and says oh no we don't deal with Milwaukee nailers they are too much work and that the tool is crap not worth the money to fix. He said he was the owner. He didn't offer me any help or talk to me like a human being he just said he wasn't interested in dealing with it. I mention that I called before and someone said they would look at it and that's when he said none of my employees would have done that. So in the end I walked out and now I have to go to Vaughn, my experience was awful and the "owner" is a real piece of "$#!¥" read more
