This seems larger than the 2 Home Depots in my neighbourhood in Vaughan. Great selection. While walking through the store, staff actually said hello to me, while 2 others asked me if I needed assistance. This is NOT like my local store where finding help is next to impossible. It's a tad out of the ways from where I live, but if in the neighbourhood, I always make a point of stopping in. Great garden section in spring/summer. read more

The home depot tool rental on Caledonia Road does not give consideration to their buyers or renters especially when they rent a tool that end up being broken before you use it like the Drainage sewage snake front end didn't even come out and I haven't even used it and I brought it back and they expect me to pay full price and I literally had to complain for proximately 1 hour to get a 50% off for a thing that didn't even work in the first place and they said nothing about it other then give a stupid face reaction. I swear never to go back their but ended up going a few times always regretting going for a few odd materials considering My father is to easy going and way to passive around those problems and I'm not today I refused to go and guess what he went with my little brother to pick up another drainage Snake and that one wasn't even fully their and they where expecting us to pay as my father is to passive I took control and it could have gone a lot worse then it did other then it was the second time they did it to us and I wasn't leaving with paying this Home depot tool rental I wouldn't recommend even going to this Home Depot in general for anything considering they have very poor customer service online and in store Nevermind, their manager trying to say it's not their responsibility for renting a tool that's either broken or defective and deal with the original owners of the tools and it's coming out of their store not working ull think they where smart enough to not say it works being the costumer taking their word and bring it where ur going and it ends up being broken and them saying its ur own fault read more

Awful manager, first of all they miss guide me with a spray for my vegetables and when I went to the store showing them pictures of my vegetables which dried after using the 3en1 Safer's fungicide spray and letting them know, she didn't care and was telling me to call the company and there is nothing she could do. They could've at least don't sell this product to other customers. I will need to replace all my vegetables because of them and I am really frustrated by their customer service and knowledge about their products. read more

You will find zero customer service at this place. Aloof and unfriendly staff. I asked for help at the key section since there was no one there, a staff from the self check I asked for help out looked, left and never heard from her since. No one go there to help neither. I asked for one staff to go there by myself. Her attitude was no better. Directed the complaint to their "customer service" desk.. the lady there wasn't too serious about asking the kind of help I need.. until I told her it's a complaint and I will send this to Yelp and to Home Depot directly. On top of all these why am I wasting the time to write this? Not that I am enjoying it at all but only because these days with the technology being so convenient to leave a review, I think it's a duty to do this so customers can have the kind of respect and service they deserve. This location has some of the most helpful Home Depot employees ever. We came in with a whole list of stuff and the staff were only to happy to help and offer advice. Since all locations seem to be laid out exactly the same way, I found it pretty easy to find my way around. We also visited their tool rental area and got a planer for a couple of hours. The guy showed us how to use it, and that was that. $23 and some work later, we now have doors that close properly. read more

I had a great experience, both with the planners and excellent installation team at the Caledonia St store. (Tried first to approach the kitchen planners at Billy Bishop Way store, but found them quite disinterested. Got the impression a kitchen is too small a job for them to bother with.) My planner knew her job, made many suggestions, and kept in touch re: timelines. The delivery and installation of the cabinets was prompt, professional and courteous. The measurement of the quartz countertop was to the mm, but unfortunately the installer second-guessed the measurement, and shaved off that mm against a side wall, which then had to be filled by my installer. (My only complaint.) read more

This location is alright they had a very limited selection of plumbing repair supplies when we were there. Ended up buying a piece for our toilet and when we brought it home it didn't work! Would've been great if they had staff around to advise but they seemed a bit understaffed that day or too busy to help. Still, when we came back the next day to return it they were very helpful and accepted our return with no problem. Very helpful with a fuss-free return policy. read more

I have now been to the home depot to buy paint on 2 occasions when they have had it on sale. The sale is in the form of a rebate. This rebate process is onerous and unnecessary since all the information they want is on the receipt already; meanwhile I have to spend 15 minutes on the computer and wait 6 weeks. Why can't it go on sale like all their other items in the strore? Very poor service to inconvenience the customer in this way. read more

I'm very unhappy with Home Depot. I placed an order for 4 appliances, paid by credit card, and after the delivery was scheduled my husband took a day off work to accept delivery. About 8am on the delivery day, Home Depot cancelled the order and didn't even had a courtesy to call or email be about it. My husband found this out after calling himself to inquire about exact delivery time. I spend 1 hour on the phone with customer service (mostly on hold) trying to figure out what went wrong. The customer service rep claimed the bank did not give authorization, which is completely false. We confirmed with the bank twice that there was no problem with the payment. The customer rep refused to connect me with a manager. My husband lost a day of paid work waiting for this scheduled delivery. To add insult to the injury, the delivery guy showed up 2 hours after end of the scheduled delivery window and I had to spend 1 more hour on the phone with Home Depot figuring out this mess. We are extremely insulted by this, terrible experience! read more
