After meeting with Insurance First, we became educated on just how bad the builder's recommendation was. Once we moved all of our insurance over, we feel much better given the coverage and understand the documentation. The agent also took the time to explain what an umbrella policy is, how affordable it is and the peace of mind that comes with it. We now actually have more coverage (and an umbrella policy to boot) and it cost less than the other companies we used for home, car and personal articles policies combined. We are very happy customers.

He was rude and unprofessional on original meet. Kelly Babashan, manager, was also so disrespectful. Months later, administrative assistance Linda Pflug started sending me false home and auto claims in both email and text. After 30 years, you have lost my business (which turns out that I was overpaying for auto). I'm appalled at the lack of professionalism and disrespect to a long-time customer.

September 27 of this year I contacted this company for a life insurance quote via their website. A…read moreday or 2 later 'Stacy Q' calls me from an unknown number but doesn't bother to leave a voicemail. I get an email from her later in the day stating she's trying to get ahold of me to start this quote and to call back. I spend the next 2 days calling the 2 different numbers she gave me and can never get in contact with her. I call their 800 number and get an operator and explain I'm trying to get this person, they put me on hold, they can't get her either. I ask them to just give me ANY real person to get this done with because this isn't a great first or even second impression for this company. They ask me to wait one sec. Magically Stacy is immediately available. Complete everything with her and wait for the link for the online portion. But before I hang up the price is now $400 higher than what was first quoted. Ok?... October 2 comes, I fill out the online portion that takes you an hour to do. I have questions, reach out for help. October 8 comes, no response from any of my inquiries. Figure I should probably just finish the online portion and get it over with. At the last screen before you hit the final submit with your signature and now the price is TRIPLE what was quoted to me. I reach back out for help. October 13, I've gotten 4 text messages and 5 emails telling me to finish my online portion but still no response from anyone. I even contacted a "Travis D" that had sent me a welcome email back on October 2 and no response from him. I've even responded to the emails telling me to finish the application in hopes that someone would respond there and nothing. And now today, October 18, still nothing. I believe it is safe to say they don't want my business. But I'm sure they can still send me emails and text messages telling me to finish the application. Absolutely ridiculous. Edit: Oct 24. And they just sent me ANOTHER email telling me it's their 5th attempt to get me to complete the application. Yet, no one can still respond to any of my inquiries for clarification. Bunch of winners here.
