He then made an appointment with me to meet at and inspect my home. He was on time for the meeting and that means a lot to me. John is a smart guy and he really knows the local real estate scene. I gathered this about him in our first meeting. Therefore, I have him the listing. Almost immediately John and his dedicated team, including Arianna and Trevor (Stanakid), got to work. They began holding open houses nearly every single week. Every time, they would walk the home and help to come rely prepare it for showings. I also liked that they would bring several people to the open house to watch my things while strangers roamed the place. That have me a sense of security. Most importantly, John and his team took the time to understand the less obvious and particular selling points of my home. They then prepared and distributed wonderful literature complete with great professional photos to prospective buyers. Arianna was the main agent assigned to my home sale.
