I signed up today for their unlimited car wash. The attendant Bre with a cheerful smile walked me through the whole process. I have found the staff here to be friendly and helpful. For the price of 1 manned car wash you get unlimited car washing for a month, with 3 different plans to choose from. There is an automatic renewal every month. If you wish to exit your plan you just go in and get the help of an assistant to discontinue your plan. Yes you do have to do your own interior vacuum & clean but as everything gets more expensive I don't mind a little extra labor. Another thing I like about this location is that there is a bit of shade in the vacuum area which I'm sure is helpful during the summer. As I recently bought a black vehicle and I don't have a garage this monthly plan is a must. I highly recommend Mister car wash on Coffee. read more

We stopped by to clean and vaccuum the car. The staff member told us about the offers but we don't live in town so it wouldn't make sense to get any. We just chose the titanium wash and it did a great job removing all of the dirt, bugs and grim off the car. The vacuums work great, they got all of the dirt and crumbs out of the car. Last Sunday, after having my car washed ( mister car wash stockdale), the right side mirror was damaged. The top part came loose, which they were able to retrieve, but the bottom part was broken. It was clear that the damage occurred during the wash. They reviewed the video footage and confirmed that their brush struck the mirror, yet they still refused to accept responsibility. They claimed their machine was functioning properly and insisted that my vehicle must have already been damaged. Despite the fact that my car is new and I bring it to their car wash weekly, they declined to cover the repairs. I only stop by this MCW when I come to this Inshape. They are literally right across the street from each other. I don't know if I just have that luck, but the times I have gone, there are always lines. They are always busy. It is rare when there are no cars. I can't blame us. We love to wash our cars, they get dusty quickly, especially my black car! When there are a lot of cars in the three lanes, cars can get bumper to bumper since some people can be inconsiderate and want to go first. I think that's any of the car washes, but this is, I feel, the worst because again, I seem to only go when it's super busy. read more

Poor control of the lines meshing together for the car wash. Those who have the 'unlimited' program bulldog their way through the line as if they are special. Those who opt for 'pay-as-you-go" get crowded out by the 'unlimited' customers. And the workers there have a blind eye to this practice. This is the second time that I have been to this car wash, and I have always come out of desperation. I have to say that they are very quick. There's never really a line either when there is a line it's very quick. I've only used the self wash. I haven't use the vacuums because of the type of car I have and I haven't use the service for when they come out and dryer car for you if they have that I am not sure.???? I just came through the car wash and I was unaware that they didn't take cash and I wanted to get my husband's car wash for his birthday because he just lost his job and the sweetest man by the name of Jeremy offered his employee car wash to me so that I could get him a birthday present. He alone gave me my faith back in humanity. I just got my car washed today like I usually do at mister car wash and I never had an issue with it until today. When I got my car wash you usually have the option to go for a second time as it is part of the service you pay for at mister but this time when I got my car wash this lady denied me that service because she said that they would have to pay for that second run. I never had that issue before until I talk to that lady, also to note that she also had an attitude with my request. I know that when you think of the car wash you don't think of a romantic date night, but let me tell you about the Mister Car Wash. My boyfriend has a monthly pass for the carwash so when we pulled up we were able to just breeze by the entrance gate. We queued up a fun song (Katy Perry's California Gurls) and waited for the attendant to wave us in. When it was our turn we got locked into the mechanism that pulls your car and the magic began. There were colorful lights and globs of suds that covered the windows as if we were floating through the clouds. We had a little dance party as we continued to move along through brushes, rollers, soap and rain to wash all the cares in the world away...or at least the dirt off the bumpers and tires. It's hard to explain but you really feel like you're in your own bubble and there's enough time during the car wash to share secrets or a sweet kiss before it's time to air dry. The car was truly sparkling and looking like new afterward. I'm looking forward to the car getting dirty again so we can pick another song and go wash it all away again. So I don't usually like the change where you can't use cash, but whatever. I go to the Mister car wash located at 11921 Rosedale Hwy, and pay for the basic wash. The round unit that comes down from the front of the car and turns from the front end to the windshield, over the roof and down the back. It didn't even hit the hood until halfway past it. I had two minor bird droppings on the windshield, didn't even clean it. Went back through and told the attendant all of that. He said he'd give me the "Works" or top end one I guess. Still the exact same thing. I went back again and told him that I wasn't going to go through again, but it did the same exact thing, and still didn't clean the bird poo. He did spray and wipe it off. Then he suggested I go to the Heath road facility or Coffee road one "because we know this one has problems". Wow, so there you go, even the employees know the place has problems. Aww Mister!!! How I miss Cruz Thru! Customer service upon driving up is still terrific. Unfortunately, everything else about my experiences at Mister Carwash have been Not as good as Cruz Thru. So what makes Mister Car Wash less appealing? First of all, they have less staffing. Used to be there were 2 employees (1 on the driver side & 1 on the passenger side) who would do an initial cleaning of the front of the vehicle before it entered the car wash. Got rid of tons of bugs that way. Secondly, the car comes out of the wash so wet! What is wrong with their dryer? Have to take extra time to dry the car myself which is not convenient when I am in a hurry. Thirdly, the vacuums I've used have not worked too well, and are shorter. Suffice it to say, that I will not be returning to any Mister Car Wash branches nearly as often because of the inferior experiences. read more

Brand new vehicle was 1mo old (so barely even dirty) & wanted to clean off the bird poop as well as little rain we got. Went thru wash & still had to wipe down all the water that wasn't dried at the end, as well as rear end being completely filthy! Wouldn't let me go thru again, like Cruz Thru would have. Used to be great, but not so much now. Not that long ago, this was a great place for good service at a reasonable price. They had a couple of guys that scrubbed the front and back of the car as it entered the car wash, and where they took your cash they sprayed a pre-wash on the windshield. Plus trash bags and other extras. None of that is there now, but the price is the same. The down side is, the brushes don't reach the back of the car, so the only way to get that clean is wipe it down yourself afterwards. I pointed it out to staff, and they offered to send it back they (which was nice) but not going to be effective. Running thru again just let's the brushes miss the back again. I think I'll likely just start going to 34th St. from now. Costs a little more but the car will be clean. read more

Do not recommend this location for your car wash needs. We have the unlimited service but when their faulty system took a part off the roof of my brand new car my husband confronted the manager there. He said it must have been like that before he drove thru. After many phone calls my husband was shown a photo of the roof with the missing part. Was taken AFTER the car went thru the washing cycle. My husband filed a complaint and contacted the head office in Arizona. Was told several times by the manager at the Coffee Road location and the headquarters that someone would get back to us right away. No response at all! Apparently management at this location has changed or they're listening to the other reviews. I went to this location a few days ago and as I pulled up there was an employee who entered my money into the machine for me, asked if I wanted to sign up for an unlimited membership (without being pushy), and the vacuums were fully occupied but worked fine. I also saw an employee from when it was Cruz Thru and got to say hi to her so I was happy to see they kept employees during the change. I think there's a price increase on the basic wash of $1, or maybe it's been $7 for a while and that's just how long it's been since I've been there haha. I use this car wash at least once a week due to the weather here since it can be dusty and it's easily the best $20/month I spend! They have the $30/ month unlimited plan for their premium washes, but $20/month is fine with me. It gets the job done and I can go through as many times as I want to make sure my car is clean! They tend to have long wait times during peak hours, but that's because it's in a good location and people need their car washed! They also have self-service vacuums which I use when my car is a little dirty and I also take out my microfiber cloths to dry off any excess water left from the drying process. The service here is usually good and the employees are usually friendly. I kinda do miss the touches of Cruz-Thru with the music in the drying/vacuuming area and the lava wash! It seemed a little more kitschy, but I guess their image has changed since they were bought out. Anyway, I enjoy this car wash and come here weekly to wash my car. If you live in town and use your car constantly, you probably should get an unlimited membership here! This place gets the job done and is well worth it! Recommended! read more
