Yet, it seems the constant positive is whenever people interact with "Dennis." I knew when he was the one who responded to my e-mail inquiry, I was starting off on the right foot. From the e-mails to the phone calls, pleasant and personable demeanor - and never seemed bothered. Conveniently was able to drop off the vehicle the night before, using their key drop, as they needed it all day for their 'Full Service' package. Now they did have their work cut out for them when it came to detailing this car, as you can see by the pics. This is the wife's daily driver and she used to have apologize before people got in it. LOL. When she picked it up, she was elated and stated that she "couldn't stop smiling." Honestly the pictures don't do it justice, it looks like a brand new car. The only thing that was possibly overlooked was it seems that the headliner wasn't cleaned. Also, moving the shifter it seems there was gunk underneath that could have simply been wiped. But this is minor, especially with what they had to work with in the beginning. Not to mention, Dennis went above and beyond when it came to the wax job. Something I didn't even complain about. Customer service is definitely his forte and he definitely pulls out the stops to make sure the customer is happy. You may pay more than some random you may find on social media, as those randoms don't have to pay building overhead costs. Yet, you will definitely get quality and being able to get your car taken care of as they can detail your vehicle out of the elements, is definitely a plus.

So when I had to go to JRTC this past month, I knew it would be the perfect opportunity to get my vehicle worked on. Danny made sure that he could take care of everything and return my car in a reasonable time-frame before I showed up. I asked him for the Bronze Package, and a tint job. He even asked me if I wanted the windshield visor strip, instead of just doing it. I mentioned that I needed my A/C fixed and my battery/connectors looked at because every time I go to a field event, I have to get my car jumped. He said he would be more than willing to get those problems fixed for me, and he would update me along the way so I knew cost/price/product options. He sent me pictures, and videos of the detail job (I wanted to be surprised by the tint job haha). When it came down to the A/C and battery, he told me when he ordered things and sent me pictures of receipts so I wouldn't be surprised about the cost. I told Danny that I wouldn't be able to have my phone for a couple weeks so he would have to do what he thought was best. When I didn't have my phone, Danny continued to send me updates and several options for things that needed to happen/parts that needed to be ordered and explained why he chose a specific route/product so could be completely up to date when I got my phone back. I didn't expect to get my A/C and battery issues fixed just by seeking out someone to detail and tint my car. It was a really big blessing that he was so willing to do that for me. He even THANKED ME... for letting me work on his vehicle. I will definitely be coming back to him for work AND he's mobile. I called and texted owner multiple times with no response, eventually leaving after about 30 minutes. I received a text back 45 minutes after my appointment time saying he was now home. I decided to go back and continue with the detail. Given he said it would be finished in an hour and a half max, I decided to wait on my car instead of dropping it off and getting a ride. The detail wound up taking three hours. He was very disrespectful of my time, and what should have taken a couple of hours, took half of my day due to his unprofessionalism. Then, at checkout, he asked for a tip. And he left soaking wet mats in my trunk. Additionally, he never acknowledged or apologized for his extreme tardiness. It also turned out that he had two clients booked at the same time. The other client, which also had a 9:00 AM appointment, had originally been told when making his appointment that his vehicle would be finished by late morning/early afternoon but once at the appointment, the owner told him he wouldn't be able to start on it until the afternoon. If looking into booking this service, keep in mind the business location is at his house, and the owner does not give that heads up when making the appointment and he provides no waiting area. Also, just because you have a reserved appointment time does not mean that is when he will be working on your detail, which he also doesn't provide this info when booking.

Took pictures and completed their insurance form before I left the property-- their employee on site even told me that it was likely the machine I'd pointed out to her because it had just been broken and repaired, which I didn't know before I pointed that specific machine out. That wash was three weeks ago today. I've been fighting with their management ever since. I get accidents happen but I've lost my patience. Since the wash they've tried ignoring me, pretended that they didn't see the damage form I completed before leaving the property (which I luckily took a photo of before leaving), and have tried to get me to open a claim on my own insurance just to talk to their insurance agent. It is a $1K quote estimate to repair the paint and the collision company I visited for a repair quote even confirmed that a brush damaged the car, not road debris. At this point I'm opening a complaint with the BBB and will go to small claims court, if necessary. AVOID COMING TO THIS WASH!!! Ps, I ordered the manager special, still didn't get all of the bugs off my front bumper.
