I picked the car up on June 24th. The outside and inside were well done. The wheels, however, were spotted and the finish looked as though it had been belched. In talking with the owner, he said that it was something he used from his supplier to clean the wheels. He said he would make it right. I have returned at least three times, and I continue to get excuses as to when they can repair the damage. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with customer service. I am not sure if these are the same owners that did my car in 2022. It appears that I am on my own to get these wheels back to their original condition. The three stars are based on the interior and the exterior being done well, and the poor work on the wheels. If you must use DD, make sure they do not use any chemicals on your wheels, it will ruin them. For my Lexus the dealer says they can replace the wheels for around $300.00 each. I am writing this review on July 9, 2026. I just talked with the owner yesterday on July 8 and he still offers another excuse that the supplier has not delivered a polish to fix the wheels. This has been a three-week process!

This made things a lot easier. The car cleaning was for my Dad for Father's Day and I asked Dave not to mention the price to him. Dave kept it a secret and did wonders with the car which had been covered in coffee stains, wheel marks, dirt etc. When I saw the car it looked practically new. Yeah the stuff that is worn is still worn, but it is SO clean. They took a reasonable amount of time for what they did, it's a van after all. The price is reasonable. And they are nice folk, which is one of the reasons we picked them over all the other possibilities in town. For transparency I will say that we live across the street from them. We have seen their truck every day for the last couple of years. And my wife has occasionally helped chase down their big furry escape artist of a dog (he's a bundle of love).
