The man working the kiosk asked to examine my key and kept trying to convince me I needed two keys made, despite my only wanting one, to the point of being argumentative and talking down to me. He then removed my key from the ring before I even agreed to the stated price of 10.90. At this point I just wanted to be over it, So I agreed to let him copy the key and walked away.
Upon visual inspection it was immediately clear the Key was poorly copied. After 3 attempts to copy the key failed I asked for a refund at which time he blamed me for having a worn original key and told me he had the legal right to try again before issuing a refund.
Have you key copied anywhere except Mister Minit. This particular service person was rude and inept. read more
