Failed to provide a respectful & fair service…read more My signature was fraudulently signed into a loan that I repeatedly asked to have cancelled by VGO Finance out of Winnipeg Hyundai. General Manager Ralph Wasserberg later agreed to help place me into a different vehicle, but only if I traded in the same vehicle that should never have been sold to me in the first place and added another $7,000 of negative equity back onto a new loan, despite that amount already being absorbed into the existing loan and paid toward through my monthly payments to protect my credit. Ralph himself confirmed the vehicle should not have been sold. Instead of buying the vehicle back and starting the process over properly, Winnipeg Hyundai attempted to use it as a trade-in. I was then subjected to six credit checks by their financial manager and shown two different 2024 vehicles with 100,000 km on them. When I finally found a vehicle that met the requirements they originally gave me, I was later told I was denied due to the negative equity created from this situation. This entire process has been dragged out for over a month while I continue being left with the financial consequences of a deal I repeatedly tried to cancel from the beginning.

I've now been waiting for 30 mins to talk to someone about financing a vehicle and the store closes in 12 minutes! This is absolutely ridiculous. Would never recommend or buy a vehicle from businesses that truly act as if your time is worthless. Many other dealerships in the city. Go to the next one and don't waste your time!
