'Caught' a sneaky leak on a drive from Lubbock to Nashville. Upon making the discovery, Snyder was the closest town... I'm so lucky I didn't leave at 5am as I'd intended that morning or I'd certainly have been stranded roadside for an hour or so. Was on a road trip back home to Las Vegas when I ran into a wash in the middle of the road that tore up the bottom of my car. Every staff member that I talked to, from the ladies up front to the two men who helped me in the back, Mr. John and Mr. Gene were extremely helpful and kind. I just talked to Bubba Dennis about my review. He was willing to do what it took to make me happy. Up a full refund. I refused the refund. That would not be fair to him or his employees. Though still very expensive I wasn't charged $224.47 labor for just a fuel filter change. That labor was still higher than the dealership due to overhead or a billing mistake. Dennis Quick Auto may be expensive but at least Bubba is willing to try to rectify problems. read more

I took my car for an alignment and they concluded that it wasn't an alignment issue but a wrong tire. So they replaced the tire. I went to pick up the car and it is still pulling to the right. They told me they didn't see an alignment issue and that I should come show them what I am talking about because they question my knowledge. I had enough of this guys so I took the car to brake masters in Arizona and they fixed my problem no questions asked in 1 hour for 50% of the cost. I was laughing at this place because they treated me like I am a fool and somehow have all the time in the world to be taking my car in to explain to them what's wrong with it. If I say my car doesn't drive straight it needs to be alignment if you can't see straight that's your problem. I'll take my money elsewhere. Fools! read more

These guys are the real deal nice people. Traveling in our RV a little outside Snyder our tire stem cracked, so we were loosing air. We had an air compress and were able to limb into Dennis with help of some well placed duct tape. We had already called them several times to let them know we were coming at 5:00 on a Friday night we pulled in. I was working in Snyder for the week and went to Dennis Quick for a tire repair. I was informed that the tire damage was too close to the sidewall to be repaired which is what I had suspected. Instead of trying to help me out, they asked if I was from Snyder or passing through. When I said I was from Lubbock, he said I should just drive back on the spare because they didn't have the tire I needed. I explained I was spending the week there, and he said all he could do for me was put the only tire he had in stock on for $245. Otherwise, I should just go back to Lubbock. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. Usually the small town motto is to help out someone in need or at least direct them to someone in town who might be able to help. Additionally, the website specifically states that if they don't have the tire in stock, they will get it for you. Apparently this guy just didn't feel like it since he made no effort to either try to get my business or at least provide an option to allow me to drive the 90 miles back to Lubbock safely. FYI - The following day, I went down the street to a competitor's tire shop. They were extremely friendly and helpful and said my tire was a simple flat repair that could be fixed in 15 minutes. read more

Dennis Quick saved our Christmas! We were traveling home to Utah from DFW area when our cars engine blew. We were towed in to Dennis Quick and they went above and beyond to take care of us! They let us hang out in the shop with two rambunctious little kids until closing time and then they even gave us a ride to a nearby hotel while we figured out what to do. Long story short they let us leave our broken down vehicle in their shop for a couple weeks while we continued on our way to spend Christmas with our family. Nothing short of a Christmas Miracle to have one less thing to worry about in an already stressful situation. Truck broke down while traveling through. They responded pretty quickly with tow truck, and got me fixed up by Monday (broke down on Friday), with a new fuel pump. These guys went over and above in customer service for my son last week. He had only been in Snyder a week (didn't know anyone & is 4 hours away from all family & friends) when his car wouldn't start. Dennis Quick Automotive was the place recommended & I'm extremely happy it was. They checked out the car thoroughly & found it was just a battery issue. They replaced the battery but wanted to keep the car overnight just to make sure nothing was draining the battery which would leave my son stranded again. They even came & picked him up at 8:00 a.m. the next morning at the hotel he was staying at to pick up the car.
