As a business person myself, I must say I have never seen such a lack of professionalism... let alone just being a decent human being! Brandon Becnel had his freaking cameras pointing down from the upper level of his home, directly into a pool full of minors! I don't know if he leaves them there to spy on the neighbors but that's real creepy! Not only did he have cameras watching the neighbor's pool, but the Becnel's also came up to the fence and cursed at the children while they played not more than 150 feet away. He continued to curse at the kids in a drunken slur as if they were adults or his own kids. Myself and other parents at the gathering were furious that our kids had to hear this from a grown man yelling from the fence like he had lost his mind, but we collectively decided not to engage in a back and forth battle with him because I didn't know his state of mind. On the way home, my 6-year-old daughter asked why they came to the fence and said bad words to them while they played. I could only say that they have no class and must be truly miserable people. I learned who he was after speaking with several friends in the neighborhood. The family that hosted the event was so embarrassed, I didn't even want to approach them about the situation after we left. I cannot believe anyone would trust Brandon Becnel with any type of business, let alone an investment. Brandon Becnel has continued to show over the years of my visits to his neighbors that he is unstable and just creepy. I truly hope anyone reading this does not do business with these horrible people. I really hope he gets help and finds peace because this is not safe for anyone.

I was at a child's party this past weekend with my family, along with many physicians, and affluent people from the Baton Rouge area. Mr. Becnel was at his home, neighboring the home with the child's party. He was determined to upset the party guest, and to get grass and dirt on all the little girls. Many of the girls were covered with grass and dirt while in their princess dresses. Mr. Becnel blew his cut grass and debris onto the yard of his neighbor with deliberation to disrupt the sweet girls birthday party. He would continue to rev up the engines of different vehicles to try to further disturb the child's party. He continued this disrespectful and destructive actions for over 3 hours. The homeowners asked all of their guests not to engage Mr. Becnel. They did not want confrontation with the Becnel's. Brandon Becnel is not one that should ever manage someone's finances, if he cannot even manage how he conducts his public behavior. Brandon Becnel is a disgrace to the financial field!

Wife got into a small accident. Took the vehicle to the local Service Center. Pulled up to the…read morefront door and was directed where to pull the vehicle and was greeted at the front door by our representative who was expecting us and called us by name. Was told to wait in waiting room while he pulled the vehicle around back for inspection and estimate on the damages. Staff was friendly and offered coffee and there was television to occupy the time. Was in and out within 30 minutes...more like 15 I believe. The representative went over everything he had found and explained the process and how we could take our vehicle to the body shop we had already chosen. It was a great process and the employees could not have been more helpful or friendly.
