I am not sure what is happening with this office but…read moreI can pretty much say that every transaction with Darren since he acquired my policies from another agent at the same location has been painful to say the least. I have always worked with professional communicative agents and / or assistants, and his lack of communication and extreme delays in processing simple requests is frustrating and completely unprofessional. If I had not already been loyal with State Farm for the past 30 years, I would probably go to another company altogether. I purchased a car on Saturday for my son and requested the vehicle be added. I asked repeatedly if my son could drive the car, emails and calls unanswered. By now my son hasn't been able to drive to work 3 days. I finally called the after hours number and had the policy set up within 15 minutes. When I complained to Darren about his lack of communication, he called me "Karen" and told me that he was responding from his vacation (get an assistant!!) and that my son would be automatically covered for 14 days. Well ok, why didn't you just say that in the numerous times I asked if he could drive? Not sure I believe it anyway, the dealership and another State Farm agent told me otherwise. If you are looking for peace of mind, find another agent. Like a good neighbor, this State Farm Agent is NOT there.
