What a disapointmnet the Goo office has been to be polite. They are happy to sell you a policy and the service stops there. Our neighbors tree crushed our carport. Shere's office would not return our calls, nor supply us with a complete copy of our policy. We had to go so far as to show up unannounced at the office where Shere herself told us we are better off hiring a lawyer to handle our claim which is under $100,000.00. The proof of good service is always how they handle your claim. They tell you to hire a lawyer. read more

I recently was a victim of a hit and run accident, and learned the hard way the lack of quality Geico provided. Everything had to be done through their app and their dedicated repair shops, or else it would be a hassle. The Geico repair shop did a mediocre job, and I could not call anyone with all my questions since I was always routed to a string of operators. I switched to State Farm because I heard of the quality of service they offer, and all for a reasonable price. When I spoke with a State Farm rep, Trevor (now my agent), I learned a lot about all the coverage my previous insurance lacked. No one ever broke down the basics of car insurance to me before, and Trevor explained everything clearly and in simple terms. He was also very honest, giving me a lot of pros/cons of why people would select certain types of coverage. I basically knew what I wanted after my accident, but he still took the time to give reasons to potentially select higher or lower coverages in different areas. I am happy I made the switch, and feel more at peace with my current coverage, and I also know I always have someone trustworthy to call if any incidents come up. read more

I just returned from my appointment with Shere and am blown away. Without asking Shere made several suggestions that lowered my premiums by almost half while maintaining the same degree of coverage. She didn't rush me, in fact we talked about all things beyond insurance and coverage. Last year my teenage son had an "incident" with his car. I recently moved back to the Bay Area from out of state and needed to transfer my auto and renters insurance. My last State Farm Agent was a big disappointment, it's not just the Insurance Company, it's the agent too. I contacted several State Farm agents close to my home, some didn't know how to deal with one of my unique circumstances and both didn't get back to me in a timely manner. Then I contact Shere Goo's office and spoke with Trevor. I've lived in 5 different states and had at least 5 different agents; Shere Goo's team (Trevor) have FAR exceeded my experience with all the others agents I have dealt with. Trevor has made this the first "relationship" based insurance I have ever purchased and truly providing me with excellent service.
