(Which I have btw been using for almost a decade). Now, I clearly have some cavities on my teeth cause nothing has been done by them other than scraping more and more of my teeth off during cleanings which left them hurting more and even more "sensitive". Covid hit and I have not been back since, this past weekend I cracked a tooth so I called. Understandably they had a recording pick up that they were closed but if you have an emergency leave a message and someone will return the call. I left the message at 5:30pm friday and no call back until Monday morning only to be greeted by an extremely rude receptionist. I asked why the machine said they would return calls and she very rudely stated that the whole office was out on spring break And they don't do that. Had the machine said someone will get back to you Monday when the office reopens I would have understood fully. It's a shame one nasty person can ruin the whole experience.
