I received medical clearance from my OB-GYN and rushed myself into Magic Smile Dental. I was able to get an appointment the same day I received medical clearance. The staff was very attentive and nice. Doctor B was very alert and aware of my condition and was able to intervene and take me out of my misery. He used an anesthetic that would not harm my unborn, but would help me through the procedure. He did an pulpectomy(removal of the nerve) in a tooth that was infected. Wow! All the pain was gone! Eventually I gave birth and returned to finish up the root canal on that tooth. I loved their service and attentiveness that I even went on to do an implant that was needed from an extraction that was done 3 years prior to being a patient at Magic Smile Dental! Let's just say I am beyond pleased with the results of my dental implant that I have showed off my entire progress to all my family, friends, and coworkers! Approx 6 months for the entire completion of the implant(of course everyone is different) from bone grafting, post, abutment, impressions to actual placement. I have enjoyed every step of the way! Thank you Dr. B for the pulpectomy and implant. Also to Dr. Silva who completed my root canal. And of course to Justina the hygienist who is very persistent on educating me on primary prevention measures. And to all the dental assistants who put my comfort and needs above all expectations!!! I provided both of my dental insurance plans when I scheduled the appointment, and the office had both on file. The hygienist took my X-rays and examined me first. She told me she did not believe I needed a deep cleaning. However, when the dentist came in, she recommended a deep cleaning, crowns, fillings, and other dental work. Her approach felt extremely sales-driven and, honestly, predatory rather than focused on my actual dental needs. Afterward, I met with someone to discuss the cost. I quickly realized they had not factored in my husband's insurance. After going back and forth, I was eventually told, "We don't really accept or bill that insurance." This was incredibly frustrating because I had provided that insurance information before my appointment. Why wasn't I told this before I came in? I left feeling very uneasy about the entire experience and asked for copies of my X-rays. I then went to my husband's dentist in Linden and explained that I was considering a deep cleaning. Without knowing what Magic Smile had recommended, he reviewed my X-rays and said it did not appear that I needed one. His hygienist then examined and measured my gums and reached the same conclusion. Instead of trying to sell me unnecessary procedures, they gave me a thorough cleaning and explained that I simply needed to stay consistent with brushing, flossing, and routine care. My biggest takeaway: get a second opinion before agreeing to expensive dental work. In my case, two dental professionals independently agreed that I did not need the deep cleaning I was being encouraged to consider. That second opinion saved me from potentially paying for treatment I may not have needed.

I was looking for a dentist because my old place - I didn't trust any of the dentists ( although) I liked my hygienist. When my mom told me that he is super gentle and does his own cleanings. I decided to make an appointment. Got one within a week as a new patient. When I went- filled out my papers and in the chair in no time! I LOVED that I was given sunglasses to shield my eyes from the light! And I loved that the dentist does his own cleanings. And I like that he hums softly while he does his work. I like that he shows you your X-rays and tells you how it is and is confident. Even though this is my 1st visit- I really felt like he knows his stuff. Everyone was very nice - the dentist, the assistant and the receptionist. I was in and out in an hour. I still have other things I need to do ... but so far so good.

He did an excellent Job I promise I know they're supposed to be painful but I don't know what he did besides the anesthetic injection but I didn't felt any major discomfort like I thought it was going to be. I highly recommend Dr. Caglar for any Oral emergency or overall a dentist you can trust 100% . HE'S THE BEST His staff are Terrific ! After making & confirming my cleaning, the day before my appointment a very nasty lady called from home with a kid screaming in the background telling me I had a balance unpaid for over 5 years! Someone was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. I was not so nice with someone and may be there was a balance but I didn't now! Went to a new dentist in Elizabeth and thank g-d, I'm very satisfied, I'm not paying cash anymore and will keep my receipt. I don't have insurance, today I just paid $6500.00 for a bridge. Dr Nunez still has that person on staff, she's now in the office, good luck if you have to deal with her on a bad day.

Everything I had read about other dentists were doing, and even more. Waiting in your car, temperature and blood oxygen check, the dentists and hygenist wearing PPE, a high evacuation suction devises when aerosol droplets would be released. My teeth were scrapped clean rather than using the ultrasonic tool. I felt as secure on that point as I could. Regarding Dr. Benish, he is a highly skilled dentist who has a lovely, efficient and caring staff. He spent a great deal of time explaining what he going to do, and what will happen. He didn't rush when it took quite a long time to get my crown to fit. He is truly I caring and interested in his patients. I recommend him and his office highly.

Every person who works in the office is exceptional. Dr. Lukenda gave me the most natural, well fitting teeth that I could've ever expected.
