Eventually, I was told the physical therapist was either in the restroom or that no one could find them. That level of disorganization is unbelievable for a medical office. After sitting there with no communication and no indication of when I would actually be seen, I walked out. The only positive part of my experience was the woman at the front desk. She was polite, professional, and clearly trying her best despite the chaos around her. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office.
