There were so many mistakes in the kitchen remodel and a few major ones in the restroom remodel. The paint throughout the house is so blotchy it has to be completely repainted to correct the issues. The door in the pantry does not close. Something is wrong with the alignment of the door jams. Countertops do not sit flush against the wall. no silicone. The cabinet door near pantry does not open and cannot get access to getting inside drawer . The trim on the baseboards have no silicone and have not been painted correctly. The flooring has no silicone near the edges. The job was left incomplete, after making the mistake of paying upfront. That will be the last time I ever do anything like that, this man has no integrity and will rob you blind. After being threatened that he would put a lien on my property since I canceled one of the $4000 payments made to him. Unfortunately, he will taken to court, and the judge will have to see all the unfinished work and the issues along with the sink, not being bolted in or strapped into the countertop. The garbage disposal switch doesn't exist, the trim window frame around the kitchen still has never been painted or putty.. As you walk through the house, you can feel uneven floor. The stove seemed quite far from the wall,after examining it. The shut off valve was hitting against the backside of the stove and was not properly installed. It should've been lowered down closer to the floor . There was so much trash that was left from the job site inside of one of the bedrooms that never got picked up. Inside of the kitchen cabinets there was also trash.The job site outside as well. Homeowners beware you work hard for your money. Don't let this guy take you for a ride. The house will remain as is to show any and everyone interested in seeing his work! Laundry room door was never painted on the inside. Sheet rock is cracking right where the light fixture that he installed over the kitchen sink.. The list goes on.
