While on the one hand I wish they'd branch out and quenelles become a dish served here in the US, on the other it preserves its novelty and appeal by staying within Lyon borders.

They also had a range of soups in plastic jugs, which looked good but we didn't try. There was a small counter for a few people to dine in, although it's obvious that most of their business is people taking away to prepare at home. We bought two large special ones and a selection of smaller ones to try. We followed the cooking instructions and served with Bordier butter that we bought nearby at Cellerier. While most of the staff spoke with my partner in French so that I didn't understand what was happening or being conveyed, one staff member spoke to me in English, which I really appreciated because it made me feel less left out of the dining experience.
