Thankfully there are more empathetic, caring firms out there whose coordinators are properly trained to deal with grave illnesses, the people and their caregivers trying to cope with them, and who can see the errors could have been fatal, or still could be, but they were egregious errors, nonetheless. A blast in the face reminding us of how fragile he is, especially after the standard of care was deviated from not once but twice was not at all what we needed. They may be a great law firm for a lot of folks, but the manner in which we were treated when we called about his case was ruthless and did nothing except raise anxiety and fears already present.

On that day, I was in a serious car accident and broke my back. The pain in my back got to the point I needed surgery in order to walk again.
