Having to take civil and criminal action against this company…read more Their staff in the photos caused severe damage to my vehicle because I had an issue with my disabled son not being able to walk from the car to my property. When I complained to the MD Lianne Steele about the incident she told me to 'f@ck ***' They are refusing to give me insurance information after causing criminal damage to my vehicle. Anyway, police are investigating the clear criminal damage and threats made against me. Also, this overall incident has caused me severe anxiety which I'm speaking to a therapist about and I'm now scared to live at my own property because of the Steele Hire Group taking further reprisals against me and my family. If you want quality this is the place to buy your fencing. We went along to one of their 'Open…read moredays' It was fun as there was a farmers market going on there. You could also have a tour round the factory to see how the fencing was made. They also have got lots of show gardens and on that particular day the garden designers were there to chat to (including Joe Swift off the TV) which made it really interesting. We chose the Paliframe fence for our garden which looks good and is really strong. We had excellent service and advice and we know our fencing will last for years and years. It is more expensive than the DIY stores but in the end you get what you pay for. Look out for their open days as it makes a fun morning/afternoon out.
