Mike was hired to caulk all the bathrooms in my house. He quoted a price that was about 30% higher than the next bid, but assured me that his job would be superior AND he would offer a guarantee that should his job be less than perfect he would redo it free of charge. Now, only seven months later the caulk is peeling off and Mike is nowhere to be found. He won't answer his phone and won't return my calls or texts. read more

A friend recommended Mike to me when I told him I wanted a tile type back-splash behind my kitchen sink. He said he had a good experience with Mike, so I figured i'd give it a try. Mike was timely and efficient. He gave me estimates of how long it would take and a quote on the price. The timing and price did not fluctuate much for me. He did quality work. After assuring me that no job was too small, Mike took 4 days to get to the job. I am an out of town condo owner and needed 3 towel bars tightened. He charged $125.00 and tightened two of them, removed the third and left it under the sink. He said it was either the wrong bracket or the bracket was bent and couldn't be tightened. On my next trip down I put a 25 cent washer behind the bracket and it tightened the towel bar. The drywall had been wallowed out from tightening the bracket to far into the wall. I'll look elsewhere for help next time. read more

Friendly, easy to take to folks, had the issue resolved in less then 10 minutes, found two plugs in the piping under the floor leading to the outside sewer line. They confirmed the piping was no longer blocked by filling the sink up and opening the drain...great to see that water finally swirling down the drain.
