I hired B&R seven years ago and they charged me 90$ for all windows, which included the exterior windows and the vinyl, and it was a bargain! I hired them again two years ago for just the vinyl and was charged 200$, but the job was beautiful and worth every penny. All the windows were cleaned and so were the frames and runners. This time I was charged 200$ for the vinyl, but received half the work. Runners and frames were neglected!
