I called Monday am , they had my car picked up in barley anytime at all . When the driver arrived he only needed my key and since the car was leaking coolant didn't even have to start it up . He handled the vehicle super professionally and probably has been the best tow service I have ever used . Not only did he not tell us this happened (I was not home at the time) but when he called him about it, he was beligerant to my son and first stated it was like that when he arrived. For starters I really didn't know where I was , nor what highway I was on. But he managed to locate me. The app said he'll tow my truck on 50-75 min. Once he got my location he was there in 20 minutes. Where I was broke down at on the highway was a dangerous location. He stated other drivers wouldn't have done it, but nevertheless HE DID , AND I WAS SO GRACIOUS !!!!! I live in the next state over, and he drove so safe to my home. I told him to drop my Ford F150 King Ranch on the side street because it's cars parked on both sides my street, making it extremely difficult to get to my house.
