The owner, Doug, came out to estimate the project and I appreciated his directness with options and costs on repair vs replace based on solid experience. His guys were there when promised, were polite and worked diligently until the fix was complete. They were fabulous about cleaning up their mess at the end of each day and protecting nearby furnishings. They also caulked my cabinets and replaced the wood floor under my sink. Historically, each company that cleaned our roof resulted in loose, cracked and even broken roof tiles. Our tiles are no longer made so it becomes an expensive, time consuming and near impossible task to repair them. We did not have that problem with Peerless Pressure Washing! Tom uses a gentle but highly effective method and the results were better than anything I had seen since owning our home (10 years). He and his crew also painted the exterior of our home and we couldn't be happier. I found this company on Yelp and decided to give it a try. The owner, Mike, is the one who picked up the phone to guide me through the process. Mike was understanding, ask plenty of questions to my own attempts, and was blunt with his assessment of the situation. He stated they would attempt to get the stains out, but the color of the carpet, my multiple attempts to clean, and the color of the stain would be close to impossible to get up. He was honest and I appreciated that. He got me in the next day and arrived on time. He even called 30 minutes before arrival. Mike and Bill did a great job and were incredibly personable. The stains lightened up a bit, but were still there. They sanitized it and eliminated the smell and that is what I wanted. We originally agreed on $75, but Mike said he was only going to charge $50. I insisted on the original price or to give a $25 tip. He denied and said I could use the extra money to spend on bottles for my newborn. I will be using these guys again because of their demeanor and professional attitudes. Great company!
