Peter's Pressure Washing did an excellent job cleaning my gutters! It was easy to set up an appointment to have my gutters cleaned. The gutter between my house and my lanai gets clogged with leaves and moss from trees. It is very difficult to find someone to clean it because I have a very steep roof. I have had other gutter cleaners show up, take one look at my steep roof and tell me that they can't do the job. Peter's Pressure Washing sent me a text message to remind me of my scheduled appointment, along with a photo of the technician who would do the work. Jason, from Peter's Pressure Washing took on the job and safely cleaned out the gutters and down spouts. He cleaned up after himself and left my yard looking great! The customer service at Peter's Pressure Washing is phenomenal . Setting up an appointment to receive a quote was easy and done online. They communicated immediately to get it set up the next day. Jacob came out to give the estimate to get my pavers restored, tinted, leveled and sealed, as well as getting my pool cage and front walkway pressure washed. He was honest and professional. Chad was also great at communicating in every form which I appreciated. He would call, text and email. Isaiah and his partner were amazing and did an excellent job! The pavers look like new. I expected more after hearing so much on Mike Calta show. We paid for a roof cleaning. It was only blown off, still stained and I had to send proof so they'd come back out. Their response was "well the roof was dirty". They did come back out and someone was nice enough to blow off my front door. Killed all the plants at the edge of the house, smelled like chlorine for 2 weeks. I think that last part might be normal for roof cleaning. read more

Got Peter's power washing to clean my soffits and gutters. They told me I would need the whole house cleaned and billed me almost $500. After Jose finished the power wash I was disappointed and dissatisfied, the soffits and gutters were left with black streaks. I was told they couldn't remove it with power washing, that it was oxidation. I was upset because they should have know this since they're in the business and should have made me aware of the fact. Then they said it would need a special treatment and additional charges. Very dissatisfied, an unscrupulous company. Stay away!!!! read more

After months of trying to work with Peter's Pressure Washing to resolve the mistakes they made refinishing my paver driveway with no resolution I feel forced to let others know how bad the experience was. In May of 2020 I had them strip and reseal my paver driveway and entryway. When deciding on a company to hire I chose them because of their good reviews and the great detail they provided about the extremely high end quality and value of the products they used and the service. The day of the service it seemed like things were going well even though he arrived 2 hours late. The driveway looked better just from the removal of the old sealer. When it came to replacing the grout sand the work was done very sloppily leaving some joints overfilled with sand and some with none. The sand wasn't leveled and swept off the top of all the paver before the sealer was put on. When putting on the sealer the technician moved very quickly and did sloppy work. Some edges got little to no sealer at all. When the sealer was wet it looks ok but uneven. As it dried it was obvious something was wrong. The entire entryway to the home started turning chalky in color and patches of the driveway did as well. It was apparent that the sand that wasn't removed and sealed over in some parts made other pavers look white too. When I contacted the company to resolve the issue they told me I was overreacting and nothing was wrong. I sent pictures and they and insisted they have someone come to see it for themselves but I would have to pay for them to fix it. The said they would send someone but made it seem like I was overreacting. When the manager arrived to our home and saw the work he admitted it was not suppose to look like that and agreed they would get it fixed and resealed right away at no charge to me. 3 weeks went by with no scheduling and I reached back out twice. When I finally got a call back they said they were very busy all the while admitting the work needed to be redone. Chad even said they actually fired the technician who did my work as if that was somehow comforting to me. He said they would get me scheduled in the next 10 days. 2 more weeks passed and I received no call to schedule the work. I followed up twice more via email and phone and received no response. Keep in mind I paid $3,500 in full the day the work was done. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company but I even reached out one last time before doing that because all I really wanted was my driveway to be done as advertised. Again I received no response. Maybe this company doesn't always operate like this but I can't say I've ever had a worse experience with customer service before. They initially blamed me for the problem, then admitted it was their fault and have since made no attempt to fix it. I would never recommend them to anyone and beware of the false promises anyone looking at them for service. My driveway looked better before they did the work than it did after. read more

I have the same complaint I'm now reading in other reviews. If you value your landscaping, look for another company. The actual cleaning is not my issue...it's all my dead landscaping. This isn't my first pressure washing so I'm aware this isn't the norm. read more

I had my deck, pool screen, and front porch pressure washed. All very good. I also had my front windows cleaned. Very bad. I opened my plantation shutters to dust the windowsill today and discovered the front windows were heavily covered in water spots. When I called and spoke to Chad, he blamed it on my water. I told him that when you ask to have your windows cleaned, you expect to be able to see through them. Apparently, there is a second charge for that. Not kidding. Chad was defensive and tried to push it on me. Instead of apologizing for a misunderstanding and offering to actually clean the windows, he kept talking. And talking. I told him his customer service was very poor and I was done. He called back later and repeated himself then I repeated myself. I'm done. I will clean my own windows. Peter and his crew were fantastic. I highly recommend them! They did an excellent job cleaning our three-story log house, detached garage, driveway and stone fence columns--all for a reasonable price. They were polite, professional and punctual. The impression that blew me away though was that Peter and his crew helped me pick up yard debris for 20 minutes while we waited for my partner to give his final approval of the job. This gesture was WAY above and beyond what was required of them and had nothing to do with pressure washing, but was hugely appreciated! First let me say that Peter did a great job an my house. He was on time and polite. But in our phone conversation before he came out he told me there was nothing to worry about in regard to my plants. Had he been truthful I could have taken precautions. The 90 caladiums around the house all suffered damage and a couple have died.. Several potted plants on the front porch have died. Peter came into my back porch to clean the screens and broke many of the plants there and a couple of them may not recover. Had he told me this might happen I would have covered them and brought the potted plants inside. During a subsequent phone call he admitted that damage sometimes happens. A gift card is of no use to me. I grew these from seed and put a lot of work into that project. read more

"On first blush, Peter's Pressure Washing appears to be a solid company. My husband spoke with Peter and Kevin numerous times prior to hiring them to ensure they were fully committed to the job. They had us believing that they would perform excellent work, and ensured us that if we had any issues we could count on them to resolve them. After all, we had a quote of over $5,000 worth of work! What a farse that was. We initially had the work done sometime in November 2017. They completed half the job the first day, and came back the next day to finish even though it was forecasted for 40% chance of rain. I stood there as the worker called Peter and was directed to finish the job. Well, it ended up raining and our driveway was ruined! The sealer didn't take, according to them, due to the rain sprinkles in our area and the job needed to be redone. The only problem with that is Peter wanted to basically do a patch job redo, adding sand in the grooves where it washed out and couldn't assure us he could fix the stain. We had patches of light and dark stain, and days later all the sand was chipping off in between the paverstone grooves. It was a complete and udder mess. Peter came out to inspect the job, and became argumentative and disrespectful to me in front of my husband when I questioned him and explained how disappointed I was in the work performed. When my husband called him out on it, he apologized. What a joke! Apparently he forgot that women make the majority of the decisions regarding the household. Peter was unable to figure out how to solve the issue with the stain. My husband even had to go as far as suggest Peter contact the manufacturer of the stain to figure out how to reapply it over the previous stain. Peter kept trying to tell us how expensive the cost of the stain was and what a deal we were getting by having a second coat of stain applied. The problem was that he didn't want to reapply the stain evenly to the entire areas again, only to some areas. Because of this, we really feel we received a botched job. In fact, Peter admitted that he hasn't ever had this happen to him. I guess we're the ONLY customers who've been rained on?? So we should believe this "professional" service doesn't have a back up plan in place to handle rain issues in Florida??? After multiple refusals to accept a patch job, they came out and applied a second stain and sealer, begrudgingly. There was overspray on all the doors, pool cage, pool equipment, and most importantly on all our plants lining our driveway. When I told Peter how unhappy I was about it, he tried to place blame on our landscaper, suggesting he shouldn't let the border plants grow over the edge of the driveway. After the redo, we called Peter again regarding all the overspray concerns and he claimed he wouldn't send his guy back because we were difficult to work with. ARE YOU SERIOUS???? We wrote a check for more than $5,000 and we got an absolute botched job and we're difficult to work with???? Oh, also Peter's Pressure Washing is unbelievably unprofessional because they discussed our situation with a neighbor. That neighbor happens to be a friend, and they told us all the unprofessional and untrue things that were said. I would NEVER trust this company. They may do fine work on a small scale, but for large jobs don't spend your money. It appears they've mastered the complexity of pressure washing (lol) but completely missed the boat when it comes to properly applying stain and sealer, and they definitely are complete losers in the customer satisfaction department.
