She doesn't try to upsell me after I mention I'm literally only comfortable with the bare minimum. No pressure to get a whole menu of treatments I don't want, and actually listens. She wipes me down with alcohol swabs to satisfy my inner germaphobe before administering my favorite poison (Botox, not actual poison, though let's be real, it kind of is). She's precise without being in a rush, presses on the injection sites to reduce any instant sting, and hasn't hit a nerve (figuratively or literally) once. Best of all? A couple weeks later, my forehead is smoother than a baby's bottom, without that frozen "NPC in a video game" look.
