**UPDATE** I received the refund on Friday, Jan 2. After multiple inquiries and negative reviews…read moreand escalations. Not sure if this is the normal way to get a resolution from this company but it's been resolved. There is something to clarify - the on-location staff had nothing to do with this issue. They were always super helpful and professional, showing concern for my situation. I have used the one in Burbank as well and they were really great! So it's unfortunate that this company is living in the past with their systems. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT - get your financial systems in to the 21st Century!! There are so many financial solutions out there that will make this a more customer friendly process. Look into it!

I have NEVER in my life dealt with an establishment this disorganized, unprofessional, and…read moreblatantly disrespectful with other people's money. I rented an office space that I never even used. I was physically present THREE times. Three. The only thing I did was move their filthy, dirt-stained furniture around so I didn't have to look at it. The chairs looked like they had been dragged through a swamp and then tossed into a middle school cafeteria. And the kicker? They knew they were dirty because they magically "replaced" them once I said something. Why were they even presented to me in that condition? Then -- AND THIS IS THE BEST PART -- I am now being charged over $1,200 to "return the office to normal." Normal FROM WHAT? I barely breathed in there. If anything I improved the space. I should be sending THEM an invoice. Now let's discuss the parking situation, which feels like some kind of social experiment. The woman at the call box seems to have a personal vendetta against customer service. She managed to leave a lasting negative impression on a CLIENT of mine in less than 30 seconds because my access card wasn't working. Spoiler alert: it wasn't working because the office forgot to activate it. And yet I got the attitude. Absolutely unreal. This building is the embodiment of paying premium prices for Costco sample-level quality. Between the dirty furniture, the surprise fees, the incompetence, and the unprovoked attitude from staff, I cannot believe anyone rents here voluntarily. It's giving RIP OFF with a side of audacity. I am now actively warning people so they don't have to experience what I did. Do with that information what you will.

I've worked at multiple coworking spaces in the South Bay area, and choosing the right one is a…read morelittle like booking a flight. Some coworking spaces are the Spirit Airlines of office space--on paper the deal looks great, but by the time you've gotten settled in, you're wondering what happened and why everything feels like extra work. BizHaus is the complete opposite. It's like buying an airline ticket and unexpectedly finding out you've been upgraded to first class. Suddenly you've got extra legroom, a better experience than you expected, and you're wondering how you got such a great deal. In fact, it might even be better than unlimited Biscoff cookies. That's the feeling you get here. The value, atmosphere, and experience are that much better than you'd expect. Joe and Keith have created a place that feels less like a coworking space and more like a community. The staff is fantastic, everyone is welcoming, and it's one of those rare places where people are genuinely friendly without it feeling forced. Need flexibility? They've got open desks, dedicated desks, and private offices. Whether you're launching a startup, running an established business, or just trying to escape working from your kitchen table, they've got an option that fits. The themed events are always fun, the networking happens naturally, and the overall vibe is energetic without being distracting. People are productive, professional, and respectful of each other's space. The members are great, too. You get real smiles here--not the awkward corporate smile that says, "I see you, but please don't talk to me." The people at BizHaus somehow manage to be friendly, approachable, and productive all at the same time. It's a rare combination. The location is hard to beat. Plenty of food options are within walking distance, and Walgreens is conveniently nearby for those unexpected office necessities: random snacks, emergency caffeine, and the occasional bottle of Advil after conducting extensive "market research" at Sugar Monkey Brewing the night before. Being next door to Sugar Monkey is one of the best parts of BizHaus, and the collaboration between the two creates a vibe that's hard to find anywhere else. They even keep emergency beer in the kitchen, which is the kind of forward-thinking business continuity planning they don't teach in MBA programs. Need to celebrate landing a new client? Sugar Monkey. Need to recover from losing a client? Sugar Monkey. Need to brainstorm your next big idea after work? Sugar Monkey. Coincidence? I think not. What really stands out is how friendly everyone is and how fairly priced the memberships are. In fact, I'm completely okay handing them my money every month because I know exactly what I'm getting in return: a great workspace, great people, and a great experience. That's not something you can say about every monthly bill. Another bonus is that BizHaus has multiple locations, so if you're considering coworking space options, definitely check out their other locations as well. Great owners. Great staff. Great members. Great value. Great location. Honestly, what else could you ask for?

The views are fantastic and the common areas are spacious, comfortable, and perfect for collaboration. There's plenty of room to spread out, which makes team sessions easy and productive. The coffee selection is excellent, and the teas are just as good always a nice perk during long work sessions. Honestly, I'm not sure why this location has been downvoted. Our experience has been nothing but positive. Easy 5 stars from our team.

We drove separately and my husband warned me the only parking is in a garage and it was $18 a day. A little steep for a place you're already paying to work in. If you worked here every day that's ~$4000 a year in just parking. So, being the cheapo that I am, I parked 2 blocks away on East Grand ;) So my 1 star off is for the parking. Inside the building, the elevators are interesting - it has a touch screen and you can only go to the 10th floor where the wework space is (the other floors, I assume, you need a card to scan to get to). No idea what's on the other floors - I assume billionaires' lairs, but who knows. The floor itself is very modern. The office space we rented had 4 desks and was about 6-7 feet wide and maybe 10 feet deep? There's glass between each of the offices but it's clouded over so you're not staring into the office next to yours. Sound was mostly quiet except when the guy in the next office took a very loud video call right behind where I was sitting. The floor has AC (phew!) and the cafe space provides free coffee and tea and on-tap kombucha and seltzer. The cafe space has lots of cute seating areas, snacks for purchase, some games, etc. Very spacious and nice views of LAX. Bathrooms were okay - nothing fancy, self flushers didn't all work. Overall we had a nice 'in the office' day here. A little pricy but seemed to be pretty on par with the price for other rental offices in the area. Loved the kombucha; wish parking was free or validated.
