Police tried twice and failed as this man dad was hiding him. So I called fast service and they made a fee for me that was affordable and gave me three attempts. They served this man on the first try and when they met resistance from his dad they didn't accept that as defeat like the police. They found a unique way to get this guy to come outside and accept the papers. Mind you this was an order of protection and I had asked another service company to do this, and they refused due to that fact. Fast service got it done fast and now I can finally go home and feel safe. I can't thank you enough and apologize for this man and his family bad manners.

It appears this process server has monopolized the Valley's process server entities because upon…read morefinding several negative and 1 star reviews for "Valleywide Process Service" I decided to look for another company to use. I came upon "Twenty Dollar Valley Wide Process Server" website. I called and spoke with a man who didn't identify himself. I shared my name and reason for the call. He enthusiastically, like a good snake oil salesperson, said he could start immediately with serving the Court papers and said the fee was $185. No questions from him about the situation. I began to share some details and he obviously wasn't paying attention as he repeated back erroneous info. I asked a couple questions of the process and that's when I began to realize he knew as little as I about the process. He finished with is $185 good? HUGE red flag! When you have someone tell you a price upfront but later ask you if it's ok you know they lack confidence. I offered $150 and he says "That's what I normally charge but we always state $185 first". I'm thinking, if you can't be honest with the price then how the hell do I know he's going to provide an honest service. He said send documents to fastserveaz at gmail & that's how I knew Valleywide Process Service has monopolized and manipulated the Valley's process server entities. I went with them after talking to Tessa on 3/28 to confirm that they would be able to serve and also provide a proof of service or affidavit by 4/28 since the prices offered were great. It was a bit more expensive when it came to billing but I was fine with that as long as it could be done. No issues on the communication and the actual service since John was very knowledgeable throughout the process. The only issue was sending me the proof of service, which I followed up on for 2-3 weeks and almost daily up until my case with a huge emphasis on my timeline of 4/28, and the response every time was that they will send it shortly. Didn't receive the proof of service until Sunday night around 11PM right before the day of my case. I informed them that the document was received too late and that I will need to serve the defendant again and resubmit a proof of service since I have a new date that is 2-3 months out. I thought that I could use them again since they've already dealt with my situation already and all the paperwork would mostly be the same aside from the dates. I was even willing to pay them again but I have not even heard from them since and not even an acknowledgment of my email. Not worth the stress and hassle, stay away from this business at all costs.
