He is METICULOUS and strives to please. He is polite, personable, informative and, ABOVE ALL ELSE, trustworthy. He even extended my backyard by about 10 feet, cleaned up my daughter's play area and patched up a few spots on my house where sparrows decided to make their lovely spring home, lol.
