They came out to our house, took measurements and promised to get us a quote within a couple of weeks. This was about 8months ago. Despite promise after promise, they never delivered. Lamenting that they were very busy and asking me to be patient, I waited and waited in good faith. I went from being frustrated, to angry and everything in between, but CC just kept us dangling on the line, with promises that quote and scheduling the work would soon follow. As a loyal consumer, and someone who takes people at their word, I waited for them but they never had the decency to deliver on their promise or to step aside. When I began to seek other workers, they asked me to be just a little more patient. I told my friend who had recommended them and he called them on my behalf. They apologized profusely promising a quote and plan by week's end. When I called to find out the deal, they had left for vacation. As someone who values fine craftsmanship, what I value more is integrity and fair dealing. I am disgusted by the lack of ethics shown by CC on this matter. To date, still no word. Forget doing the work, how about an apology? I of course have moved on and as we were planning to have our room long finished by now, this debacle has thrown us off and put us behind schedule for our other work for months. One of key requirements was to perfectly match overall design of the existing kitchen, of its decorative features, color/tone, as well as have the cabinet to fit perfectly into the opening from pulled out trash compactor. No matching cabinets were found at various "big box stores" or available from custom kitchen design centers. Thus, decided to engage custom cabinet builder. Selected Cronin Cabinets to have such custom cabinet built. Within a couple of days after initial conversation, Bill Cronin, Cronin Cabinet Owner, stopped by my house to take measurements as well as to see the rest of the custom kitchen that cabinet had to match. Yesterday he personally delivered the cabinet and installed it. Fit and match to the rest of the kitchen are perfect. Attention to details that Bill exhibited throughout cabinet building and installation process was top notch. This is even though that scale of the job by itself was rather small compared to, say, building full custom kitchen. I am completely satisfied working with Cronin Cabinets. Gladly recommend this company and intend to use it when new project ideas arise. Have found Bill Cronin to be pleasant individual, friendly, professional and easy to work with.

We were clients for years and service was fine. not great but good enough. reached out for…read morethoughts on how to improve lawn and only thing offered was overseeding - which didnt really work. the main complaint is that the owner is rude. or as his employees refer to him as grumpy. while owner was always abrupt who cares - its fertilizer - not having cocktails with him. but this year I went to prepay my service for the year - online payment wasn't working which I told them and the owner's reply was they don't have anything to do with that. -ummm ok. anyway I played around and figured out a way I could pay as an old bill but it didn't auto populate the amount so I looked at the email he sent and paid that amount. and wrote him that I figured out a work around for his problem - I thought I was being helpful. his responded with a nasty note was that my work around was to rip him off. evidently if I read his entire email he only gives 10% prepay discount for checks and 7% for creditcards. so he then accused me of taking a 14% discount. dude- you could have just said. thank you. but if using credit card it costs $40 more can I add that to your card. but no - I pay my bill for all of 2025 and get a nasty note for my trouble. I apologized for causing him this heartache and asked to cancel my service and process a refund. life is too short to deal with miserable people. plenty of other companies out there who are nice.

My driveway is close 1/4 mile long and was loaded with cracks. I've lived in this location for 20 years and never sealed it prior to today. Gail is their scheduler and she kept me constantly updated with their schedule as rain prevented them from doing the job. (I do not believe the review below from the guy in Truro as there is no way these guys would go 2 hours one-way to the end of the cape from their home base to seal a driveway so I totally ignore that review and particularly the way these guys managed my job) They had to reschedule a couple of times because rain threatened the job and they will not come and work with any threat of rain. Gail was great and called me to confirm they would be here at 8 AM this morning and they were at work at 8 am on my driveway. They first applied hot tar to every crack in the driveway. Sounds like not a big deal but it was; I had cracks everywhere. Julian and his crew of four went to work with hot tar crack filler and then followed that with hand squeegee application of sealer. They do not spray paint the sealer and squeegee it on for total coverage. The driveway looks great and they worked hard for four hours to complete the job. Julian and his crew were very polite, contentious, and took great pride in their work.
