Day of, I received ONE text less than than 3 hours before my appointment asking to confirm. I clearly informed them that I was unaware of my appointment since this was the first correspondence. They proceeded to charge me with a $35 cancellation fee, without mentioning this. I only saw since I checked my bank account. I tried asking for a refund since I was not given sufficient notice to even cancel or reschedule my visit and there was no assistance and then they just stopped responding. The cancellation policy online states that if you cancel more than 3 hours before your visit, there isn't an issue, but I wasn't even texted more than 3 hours before, so this wasn't even an option for me. I think this is just a lazy way to get money out of people and reflects poorly on your ability to correspond with clients in a timely fashion.
