I made an appointment on a whim here and I am so happy I did. I was looking for something local to me that didn't charge an arm & a leg for a trim. It is a beautiful salon, and right away I was offered a mocktail which was such a nice touch! They also had a variety of snacks too which is so nice. My appointment was with Gabby and she fixed me up after a bad haircut from someone else. She was super sweet and so fun to chat with. Another thing worth noting is the hair washing stations have a newer more modern design. This is the first time I've gotten my hair done and NOT felt pain in my neck. I've had 2 appointments with Kaitlin now and she's amazing. This salon was a little intimidating when I first walked in -- I'm used to my gal back at home I've been seeing for 18 years and is in a tiny town salon. But everyone here is incredibly nice! The place is clean, decorated super cute. I first went for grey coverage and a change / addition to my balayage (which was perfect) then a few months later I came back for a chop! I told kait what I wanted, showed her an approx length, showed her a few inspo pics and she NAILED it. About 12" off! I wouldn't go to anyone else in WI! read more

I love this salon and my colorist/stylist, Gabby. It's chic, modern, clean, and provides healthy snacks which I really appreciate being gluten free and dairy free. They use Kevin Murphy color, which looks amazing and natural on me. Gabby uses a trendy approach when she styles me, and she is also the sweetest, often going above and beyond to make me happy and offer style tips. I highly recommend this salon! My daughter (14) made an appointment online for highlights yesterday - 8/20 - and thought it was for that day. I dropped her off there at 2:45 pm for a 3:15 pm appointment. at 3:30 she realized it was for the following day - 8/21. There is nobody at the front desk to help her so she left. She saw that their hours were at 1 pm on Thursday so she called right at 1 pm to tell them that she could NOT make the appointment that day at 3:15 pm and to ask about other options. I also called and left a message. Unfortunately Kaitlin would make no exception to their cancellation policy and is charging me the full $260 for the appointment because we had to cancel within 24 hours. I offered to pay half and she refused to accept that. We will never be going to this salon. read more

I loved this place! It's super chic and the stylists are amazing and sweet. My color has never looked better!! I have two areas where I was disappointed. First, they are horrible with communication, which is frustrating. Second, I have a set of their extensions and it's a disaster. One of my extensions was awesome and lasted a really long time, the other one was terrible. It's consistently tangled even though I've followed every single step they gave me for maintenance, I'll curl my hair and it will start to look like a birds nest shortly after. It will get so tangled that at some point I had to cut some off it off. I've had several other extensions in the past and I've never had this problem so I'm not sure what's going on! Also, my extension and my natural color doesn't match so you can see the extension when I pull my hair back. Overall they are amazing, I do recommend them but I would be cautious with the extensions and the fact that the communication isn't the best. In the end, just were not a fit for me. read more

Samon is a brilliant stylist, she's helped me take my hair all over the color spectrum, helped me maintain overall hair/scalp health better and she's exceptional at hair extensions. First of all, this salon is beautiful! It's is modern yet inviting and so fun! Also clean and bright! ALL of the women working there are friendly and make you feel comfortable from the start. Taylor Sage did my hair for the first time and I can honestly say that I have never had a hair stylist listen to me so thoroughly and talk about everything she was going to do. Tay assisted her placing my foils and blow drying my hair and I felt so spoiled! Even watching the care and time she put into my cut was more than I've ever received. I've never had someone take such good care of my hair! I love that the mixing area is open to the salon, so you aren't left in your chair wondering where everyone is. The added hand massage during the scalp massage was also a great bonus :) literally the best color and cut job I've ever had. Can't wait to be back soon! read more

I signed up for a consult and not so patiently waited for my first appointment. I love love love love loveeeeee my extensions. On top of the great work Michelle does, her staff at Elle & Co are amazing. The atmosphere at the salon makes me never want to leave! All of the ladies are so fun and it's so easy to tell they love their jobs and are extremely knowledgeable in their craft. Michelle and her staff are absolutely amazing! Like many others, I have been through countless hairstyles throughout my life, and NONE of them took the time and attention that Michelle did with me. I wanted longer, fuller hair with various highlights and lowlights, and Michelle nailed it all!
