Why would you have me pay $150 up front, and then secretly bill me another $300???? Why would you let me leave, when I owed you $300? This is an embarrasment, and I will be finding a new office that doesn't have a FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLAR simple visit fee. Absolute insanity. My account is under review with the financial team, but this is INSANITY. Walgreens has many different types of products while still feeling small, is located close by at all times, and does not suck my time away like the bullseye store does. Walgreens's discounted items call out to me with a fluorescent orange sticker. This is helpful but also dangerous. During my last trip, to pick up medicine, I stopped at the Burt's Bees section 'on the way' to the medicine aisles, and grabbed a lipstick on sale. Then I noticed a pack of lemongrass 'natural' soap on sale from 'Ology', Walgreens 'natural' brand, and grabbed that. Then I noticed some Burt's Bees lotion marked half off. Did I need any of these things? No. Did I buy them? Yes! At this location, the staff is friendly and helpful. There is always plenty of parking, and it is easy to get in and out of the parking lot from at least 4 different places, making it easy to get in and out of in multiple directions.

It was leaking really bad so I called them in advance to ask. How can I go about this? Can I get an exchange and they don't do any refunds so I was cooperative and I said OK. They had some great promotions running, and I love a good deal. I had a feeling that since the prices were so good, the quality would not be excellent. However, in this case that wasn't true. The staff did a pretty good job on my nails. I actually went with black and silver nails with the preparation of yelp games. Since I was in Palm Beach side, black was our color. I usually go for brighter colors so this was a different choice for me. It's been about a week and they still look great. The salon is no frills/fancy salon. There is only one station for pedicures so you will have to book your appointment in advance. They call you in 24-48 hours when you leave a message. The owner was telling me they are going to be starting to give the option to let customers make their appointment online as well. I think that would be a great option for everyone who has a busy schedule. I already have made my appointment for next month right before my vacation time. It feels good to get those nails on fleek.~

I have to be honest and say I'm a little conflicted writing this review since the staff was so…read moreincredibly nice, but my experience was very average as a whole and very unpleasant in other aspects. I purchased a Groupon to get my hair cut and colored here. I read the reviews and they were all pretty good so I decided to give it a shot. I came into the salon and they told me there would be a $20 upcharge because my hair is pretty long (which I understand completely) and then took me back to see what I wanted to have done to my hair. Now, I usually get a very dark brown dye over my roots and all the rest of my hair which turns it pretty much jet black for two months then a beautiful dark brown afterwards. At least, that has been my experience in the past. So, we start the color and it all seems to be going well. I had to have the color on my roots longer since the rest of my hair had maintained the color pretty well. They washed my hair, gave it a trim then began to blow dry it when I heard the news: "Something is wrong. Your hair didn't take the color." Now this is something that has only happened to me once before when I tried to dye my hair on my own using stuff I bought from Sally's. This has NEVER happened to me anywhere else. The stylist said it is because my hair is very healthy so the color can't penetrate it. She offered to do the color again, this time changing the formula and leaving the color in for longer. After 40 minutes of my scalp being on fire the color finally stuck. Then I had to get it washed and blowdried again. The cut itself is fine but the color experience was very unpleasant. I'm not sure they are using upscale dye if my hair won't even react to it. They were very accommodating but at the end of the day I had been in the chair for four hours and was super exhausted. I also couldn't really feel my head for a day or two. I don't think I would go back. I generally look for a more upscale salon experience. The staff was very friendly but everything else was just okay. This was a solid 3.5 star experience for me but I'm rounding down due to the dye mishap.
