Now whenever I want to try out a new nail place, I try to get a polish change on my hands first just to see if I like the atmosphere, culture, cleanliness, cost, and skill of the staff. I was a walk in and as they weren't busy they were able to take me right away. The place is huge with many nail stations and pedi chairs, but there were only a few people working. The gal who did my nails said hello and that is the entire conversation for the rest of my visit. Besides no personality, she was a bit rough when she filed my nails. Unfortunately, each one was done in a different shape -- some square and some more rounded so they didn't match and there were rough edges on several of them. This didn't show up until after they were polished. The polish came out a bit streaky. She had to spend a lot of time with a small brush and acetone removing all the polish that had been applied to my skin -- not my nails. Almost anything would have been better than what I was came in with, but frankly I can do my own nails as well as this was done. And I would have saved myself the $15 plus tip. I drove 30 min to get a deal and you get what you pay for. I got eyelash clusters for $35. The price was good and she was quick about getting it done. The place is dirty. When she was starting the process I asked her if she was not going to take off the little bit of mascara I had on. Her nail's were extremely long. Not safe to be doing peoples lashes with those things on. She was a nice young gal but I would not go back for any services there! read more

I recently left my old nail salon after feeling the sanitary process was not up to par. TJs is right by my house as well. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by their friendly staff. Julianna immediately took me to do my pedicure the off to do my Nexgen. I absolutely believe this is the best nail experience I have ever had! Their salon is very clean. New to the area and have been looking for my new regular nail spot. Unfortunately, it won't be TJ. Walked in and every staff member who wasn't with a client was on their phones-- whatever, no biggie there. The nail tech filed the sides of my nails down to the quicks which I'm surprised didn't start bleeding. Some of my natural nail is still exposed where the NexGen wasn't applied to the whole nail (see photos). The top coat is slightly rippled on all nails but really bad on my ring finger (see photos). I was so ready to get out of there that I didn't even want to stick around to get it fixed. read more

This place is not to be trusted. My husband made an appointment for his 92 year old mother for her toenails to be clipped and filed. Owner Leon said it would be $15. I even had him call back to verify price prior to having caregiver take her. Caregiver even asked for him and after they did her nails they charged $25. Caregiver reminded him of the price her quoted but he insisted on 25. Shame for scamming an old woman. Also, caregiver said place reeked of cigarettes. read more

Very happy w/service I have had for the past 2yrs 4mos. Nancy remembers every customer by name. Sabrina is great with pedicures. They recently had to add more pedi chairs which are nice. I only ever get pedicures and finger nail polished. They have done next gen powder for me before & it came out great years ago but I stopped that. I haw also had Lana & Leon when Nancy & Sabrina were busy. They are closed on Sunday & steadily busy throughout the week 9a-7pm & always answer the phone and take walk-ins. I have brought my out of state grandmother here when she was visiting. She is diabetic & they took great care of her which is important to me. I know they offer waxing services as well but never tried. I see many male customers too, their talent doesn't discriminate! read more

This place was ehhhhh. Had a gel mani. Looked messy and uneven. I actually had to hide my hands as it was quite embarrassing. It was definitely a rush job for sure. The reason for 2 stars is my eyebrows came out nice. So maybe I would come again on the whim and try another tech. read more

Not too sure how I feel about here yet. Being from New York, I'm very particular about nail techs. Unfortunately I was not able to be blessed by the hands of Nancy like everyone reviews about. She did do a small design on my nails (added glitter) but had said she would have done more if she had time (clearly you have to make an appointment with her) She was very customer friendly and made sure her work was neat. I had an acryllic fill from the gentleman and was not happy about it at all. It was not neat and he was rough. My boyfriend and I also got pedicures that took WAYYY too long for nothing in particular. My boyfriend was upset that he lady had cut the skin around his toe. Safe to say i may not come back for a pedicure; but I'll try a second time and go straight to Nancy for my nails. read more

I am in Florida visiting and just needed my nails painted. When I walked in the staff w was very rude and unprofessional. While sitting patiently there was a worker who was just sitting sipping on her drink. She made eye contact with me and did nothing. When I finally was seen my lady was not friendly at all. I wish I could leave NEGATIVE stars. I came here for the second time. 1st time was great w one of the male techs. Came today because I've just needed to decompress & get pampered. I tell the tech I want my my nails done coffin. She tells she can't bc they're too short for that. I tell her okay well don't make them look like I'm wearing blocks on my fingers. She does exactly that. I call & ask her to soak them off & before I can even ask she tells me she will not give me a refund bc she knows she did a good job & she doesn't care otherwise. So I go in & try & talk to her & let her know I am completely unsatisfied. She tries offering a service but I say no because I'm already unhappy with the original. Why would I let her do it again? She begins to clap in my face & say no followed by threatening to call the police on me. Lesson learned. If you value your time, don't even bother coming here read more

She has eyes everywhere and makes sure nothing gets overlooked. Her sisters and her mother work there, along with trusted employees who have been with her for years. I had an awful experience! Please be aware that they DO NOT sterilize their tools properly because I got a fungus on my nail from a gel mani I got from them! They clipped my cuticles WAY too much(which is a HUGE no no, they would know this if they were properly trained!) I got so nervous... I thought they were going to make me bleed. They used the nail drill a bit too much on my natural nail. Needless to say I will never be back. They were not attentive to their customers.
