I usually don't post but after a year and a half and a court judgment I am still fighting for money from this scammer I am making awarness on him. His name is Mathieu Leger and girl fried girl Mel Leblanc from Dieppe. His business name is MLSiding he said he had a side job of delivering fire wood. I paid for the service of winter fire wood in July of 2023 and he never showed up after numerous attempts to schedule. RCMP advised me to take him to court after he spoke to them about paying me back as I just wanted a refund at that point. I went to court and got a judgment for him to give me my money back.He says he wants to pay but refuses each time I ask for a payment. His response is you can't get blood from a stone you'll get it when I'm good and ready and when I remind him of payment due so interest doesnt grow , he says stop threating and stop harassing me. So if you get him coming to your door he might be taking your money and run as Christmas is close. My docket number for the court judgment for small claims is MSC-375-2023 if anyone wants to look it up but I am done and tired of fighting this scammer for a year a half and I just want to spread the word for people steer clear of this guy so they don't end up in my position as it's been hell on earth to deal with him. Update : The fight is finally over . Mathieu paid me due to social media backlash, he did demand that I take this post down and on any other sites but due to the year and a half anguish and turmoil he has put me through I am choosing to keep this post up as I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy to go through what I have with this business , you can't silence me, as it's my right as a consumer to post my experience and opinions of MLSIDING Mathieu Leger and Mel LeBlanc business, and my side of story that was needed to be told . Maybe this will teach him not to scam or forget his customers next time as at the end of the day we the clients are the ones that provide an income.
