Quite the service! Compared to other offices I felt like this clinic was super clean, high end and efficient. For it being lunchtime on a Tuesday they were quite busy but kept a good flow, getting clients in and out smoothly. I saw Karishma, PA and she was absolutely lovely. I appreciated her attentiveness, expert advice and thorough discussion about my cosmetic goals. She did a great job and we accomplished the look I was going for. I highly recommend seeing her. Checkout was a breeze and the front desk helped me use Alle points and signed me up for another rewards program called Aspire which is free and also provided a discount to my service. There was also no push to set up a membership or purchase services beforehand, which I really appreciated. Looking forward to my next visit!

I found this very disrespectful and embarrassing. As a regular customer with a membership, I should not be treated as if I can't be trusted to return or pay for my services. I also don't believe customers should be expected to leave an expensive personal item as collateral. This experience made me feel unwelcome and completely changed the way I view this business. I have contacted corporate and hope they address the situation appropriately. Customer service should be based on professionalism and respect, especially toward loyal customers.

The attending professional asked me to get a Signature hydrafacial instead of Elite one, which I agreed to because she mentioned that it's the best suitable for people experiencing hydrafacial for the first time. She used all the products and the hydra/suction tools over my face for some good 30-40 mins. She even used manual tools to do some exfoliation & extraction. I was so excited to see the final look of myself in the mirror. But to my disappointment, this hydrafacial couldn't even cleanse my skin pores. I could clearly see the blackheads all over my nose and the cheeks. Upon asking, the professional told me that my skin was dry, due to which it might not have cleansed properly. I was like, wait, what!? Wasn't that the whole purpose of hydrafacial to hydrate the skin properly? This whole experience was not at all relaxing, unlike the classic facials. My skin is still dry, and my skin pores are totally clogged!! And, there was no facial massage whatsoever. Total waste of money! Not recommending at all!

Kimberly the manager was to contact me. She did not, we finally spoke briefly twice, as I had to keep trying to reach her. She finally said she was going to talk to Corporate to get a refund. She never returned my calls and now the front desk doesn't pick up my phone call caller ID and sends me straight to voicemail. I gave them 4 weeks to make the situation right but now it's my obligation to protect anyone else from getting bad Botox/Dysport from this location. The way they run this business and treat their customers is unethical.

You really only need to know one thing about this place: Dr. Payman is *not a dermatologist*. And…read moreyet, she opened a business under the name "Derm Clinic, MD". This is intentionally misleading and should be illegal. Unfortunately, the problems at this place go beyond the deceptive name. The lack of specialized training shows up in the results. I received poorly placed sculptra that distorted my face, making my entire jaw look masculine and square. During my follow-up appointment, Dr. Payman gave me a list of bizarre and pseudoscientific explanations for my bad result that made zero sense. These included that I'd lost 2 pounds (how could this make my face look heavier?!?), that I had an undiagnosed autoimmune condition (what?), that I needed to eat a low-salt diet, and that my lip filler had migrated (which I guess somehow made my jaw look swollen?). There were about 20 others...Anything to avoid acknowledging that the obvious problem was in one area: the area that she had injected. Finally, the whole clinic experience is super unprofessional. It feels like it's thrown together as someone's hobby rather than a serious business. Nobody answers the phone during open hours. During my second appointment, I waited for over an hour by myself in an exam room for a single sculptra vial. Dr. Payman didn't give an explanation for the delay. I think they forgot about me (maybe while filming social media videos?). Then, while rushing to finish my appointment, ended up reconstituting the sculptra incorrectly, resulting in my poor outcome. Final notes: the clinic has a lot of 5-star reviews online (they convinced me, too) but the staff give you a financial incentive to write a positive review BEFORE you are treated. They also make you pay for Botox, filler, etc., before you receive treatment. I've been to many other med spas, and have never seen either of these practices before. There are many other wonderful med spas in Atlanta- Ovme, Aya, Skin Pharm, Artisan Beaute, etc. They are all professional businesses with injectors who take their jobs seriously. Something about Derm Clinic MD felt off from the beginning. Next time I will trust my gut.

If I could give Dr. Andrew Ray and his team more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!…read more I honestly can't thank Dr. Andrew Ray enough for what he's done for me. Today, for the very first time in my life, I wore a two-piece bathing suit... and I mean EVER. Not even as a teenager did I have the confidence to wear one. Choosing Dr. Ray as my surgeon was one of the best decisions I've ever made. From my consultation to my recovery, he and his entire team made me feel comfortable, cared for, and supported every step of the way. His work exceeded every expectation I had. This surgery wasn't just about changing my body, it completely changed how I see myself. Dr. Ray gave me something I never thought I'd have: confidence. I finally feel comfortable in my own skin and can honestly say I love my body. If you're considering surgery and you're looking for a surgeon who is not only incredibly talented but also truly cares about his patients, I cannot recommend Dr. Andrew Ray enough. Thank you for changing my life and giving me a confidence I never thought was possible. I will be forever grateful.

Time for my update and experience as of 09/28/14…read more I am going to share my whole story for those that care and are considering a similar cosmetic/life changing medical enhancement procedure : Abdominoplasty aka the "tummy tuck". That's exactly what I underwent and I couldn't be more pleased with the results even in this early stage of healing. It has been a mere 6 days since my procedure was performed at the skilled expertise hands of Dr. Chad Deal of Southern Surgical Arts located in Calhoun, GA. (They have a second medical building in Chattanooga, Tennessee as well.) Now, for those of you who may judge or have something negative to comment or think, -go ahead and waste your time, - you simply won't hurt my feelings. Now, where was I? Okay, let share the reason why I choose this route. 16 years ago yesterday, -I had my first and only child and my abdominal wall was naturally stretched out. Now, in most cases, the abdominal wall snaps back with proper exercise, care, etc. - but I was one of those that unfortunately dismissed exercise at that time and just settled with the bit of hanging skin that was left behind. Skip ahead to 2009. That is when I realized exercise was quite beneficial and not only lost many many pounds, - but got in great shape by mid 2010 and looked pretty good with my clothes ON. Fact. Well, during this time I even was doing 3 sets of 500 crunches 3x a day. A little tighter stomach but still the extra skin and not close to a bikini body. Jump ahead to this year. In April I joined X3 Sports in Inman Park after packing a good 25 pounds back on (slowly) over this past 16 months or so. And I even went with a personal trainer, the whole works. -At one time I had a record of hitting X3 Sports 89, -yes EIGHTY NINE days in a row. Still the sagging loose skin. -rest of my body showed great improvement. Enter abdominoplasty consultations : 4 of them. The first one (located in Midtown) told me I could get it almost right away and would be good to go in a week for a reunion in California I was hoping to attend. WRONG. UNREALISTIC. ***INTERUPTION! I actually have my follow up appt shortly in Calhoun so I have to continue this when I return. Hopefully getting my tubes out today. Oh, and it turns out that NO amount of exercise would have EVER given me these much-to-be desired (early) results. My abdominis rectus was over 5 1/2 cm separated and unattached. Thank You, Dr. Deal. I love this talented, warm, realistic, personable Doctor. So, the bottom line is that if anyone is SERIOUSLY interested, -message me and I can even send You the "before and after" pics, - what was cut off and sucked out, -me still on the operating table after the procedure, - and me today, -8 days later. (I don't know how well those pics would be received if I post them here, lol..) Anyway, I made the best decision EVER. This procedure goes hand in hand with self esteem, happiness, quality of life, and more. -And I am almost 44 years old. I so deserved this! Dr. Chad Deal @ SOUTHERN SURGICAL ARTS = AMAZINGLY CRAZY GOOD RESULTS. :)
