Seven (7) workers appeared at 7:30 am and in one day they had removed 70% of the old roof; took 30 drone video shots to show me the detailed progress; and immediately followed up behind the tear off crew; to install 100 squares of GAF HDZ beautiful 3D slate colored roofing shingles. 6 dumpsters of waste were removed from the site; and at job completion after 4 days; the crew marched around and around the property with magnets looking for any roofing nails on the grounds. The price was very fair for the job, the owner contact Jason Easley was a total professional; everything in writing, and everything delivered as contracted for. Who ever has a GREAT roofing experience? I really did. RoofSouth of Greensboro and Eatonton GA are a rare example today of hardwaoring, thankful, and competent contractors.

During grading an electrical line to my barn was nicked. Over time water erosion caused rhe barn to go dark. I talked to Dwayne and his crew have been the only people that have broken ground out there.but he doesn't want to hear that they may have caused that. I will.say he put in a new skimmer and flow line with no expense but those fittings were broken and leaking. Fast forward to today, I am trying to install a fence and have called at least 16 times to ask that they come back out and look at the work. My calls have been avoided. I have called from other numbers and she answers but has yet to send anyone. I paid 3500k for what I thought was permanent grass but it was temporary on under 2 acres. Fine no problem but they left so much debris that there are many bald spots and constant erosion. I just want my work to look as perfect as everyone else who post pictures. As a paying customer, it is not a lot to ask.
