We needed some trees removed, as well as some limbs which were overhanging our roof. The work was done over the weekend so that the project could be completed before a new roof was installed. We were kept updated on the progress of the project in a timely manner, and the downed trees and limbs were cleaned up and removed completely. Most companies back up their service with free service calls. I am no different. But you never expressed any dissatisfaction other than the tree out front with ants.
