Our unit was looking for a new, updated patch design so we chose Aviator Gear, as it was one of the first options to pop up on Google. It ended in us never putting the product in full production and receiving a full refund. The process is fairly straight-forward. You send them an idea/drawing, the dimensions, and the material (PVC or Embroidered) so that their artists can create a production-ready product from their line. I sent them a professionally drawn render of our idea so they knew exactly what we wanted. They also ask you to suggest a date you need the product by. SUGGEST is the key word here; don't expect to receive your product for at least 2-3 months after it is approved. Here is why: - As mentioned in some other reviews, they seem to take your idea and run it through some sort of AI image generator, taking the creativity and quality out of the picture. Oftentimes the image they send you and the actual product look NOTHING alike. - Communications are very sparse and untimely. Their liaisons communicate over email and oftentimes don't respond for 4-5 business days and typically respond between the hours of 0000-0400 (CST). By the time you respond to them, you're waiting at least a week to move on to the next step. - For their product quality, they claim to have extensive experience with creating military patches that match the regulations employed by the DoD. We went through 7 different production artworks, mostly because they were not adhering to regulations or seemingly were disregarding the instructions I was giving them. Combined with the delayed email response times and you're looking at a pretty frustrating creation process. - Compared to their competitors (like Badass Patches), their pricing is up to $2.00-3.00 higher per unit for a lower quality product. At the end of the day, we DID receive a full refund, so that is why I am giving them a two-star review. However, the process is so untimely, I'd say you're better off using your time elsewhere and with a company that cares more about their products.

Once the move started, the mover's attitude became cocky, snarky, and condescending. During the move, my neighbor misplaced the keys to the truck, and while we were trying to locate them, he continued charging me hourly while standing around in the pouring rain and telling me to call a locksmith. When I asked him to pull some items out of the truck so we could check whether the keys had fallen near the boxes, he seemed irritated and unhelpful. At that point, I asked whether we were doing the agreed flat rate or hourly, and he told me it was hourly. I decided to end the move because I no longer felt comfortable continuing. I was alone, dealing with the situation as a single mom, and I genuinely felt taken advantage of. What upset me most was how the job ended. He did not properly put everything back into the truck before leaving, and my king mattress was left outside in the rain. I had to drag it back into the truck myself. He did not ask if I needed help or make any effort to leave things in a reasonable condition. The entire experience felt unprofessional, disrespectful, and unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this company based on how I was treated.

They were gentle with all of our belongings and placed all of the items in specific rooms as instructed. They completed a 2 hour job in a single hour and also moved items for us into a storage unit. She explained she wanted the owner to call me directly and I agreed. That's where the good started and ended. The owner calls me up and didn't want to address anything that happened. His words were "water under the bridge." Which told me he had no intention on resolving what his his unethical employees were doing. The crazy part is the only one who seemed to care about what had took place was his office manager. She told me she knew Dan had been doing this for years and she's tried to have him removed, but the owner seems to protect these sleazy people. I hope she finds somewhere else to work where they actually care about their customers as much as she seemed to. I stand by my original review. Stay far away from these people if you're a contractor or any other business needing some kind of sub work. They will go behind your back and try to steal a job from under you. If the service is this bad before even getting to the actual process of making order I can only imagine how well that would turn out for you. You've been warned. Pay attention o the other reviews from years past as those issues still seem to be an issue with this company. I'm a contractor and called these guys to come give a bid. First guy, Dan shows up and takes some measurements. He says he needs another guy to come out a bid removal and repairs of awnings. So I wait and the next thing I know my client is calling me to tell me the second guy is bringing her an estimate for my job. So I text this Dan guy and ask why the other guy is going directly to my client with what I'm hiring them to do. He reads my texts and doesn't respond for a few days. So I give him a call. I ask him why they're going to my client when I'm the one hiring them for my job. He cops an attitude and acts like I'm the one who did something wrong like them being undermining wasn't a big deal. Skip forward to the original estimate that got the ball rolling and I still don't have the estimate for several jobs I was promised. As a contractor if I did this to someone I would loose work and future jobs. These people are unethical and even get back to you in a timely manner. The Estimator, Dan is going to get this company sued. Stay away from these guys and go with a more reputable company. You'll pay a little more and not have to worry about getting screwed over. If it's this bad and I haven't even spent any money yet I can only imagine what it would be if and when they ever did any work. You get what you pay for
