For each room, she provided multiple choices for furniture, patterns, rugs, etc.--at various price points and styles--and made sure that we could mix and match the different pieces while maintaining the overall vision for the room. In addition to her aesthetic talents, Ali was a huge help with logistics--placing orders, securing samples, and staying on top of suppliers and vendors. We hired NVP to do a substantial renovation for us and it has been a really bad experience, starting with lots of problems caused by failure to obtain the correct permits. They have been consistently unresponsive and missed more deadlines than I can keep track of. When they work, the quality is fine, but they have turned a 6-month project into a 2-year ordeal. The paint job was completed satisfactorily but the painters didn't leave the extra paint (which was a unique color) so I am unable do touch up without getting a whole new match mixed. I don't appreciate being ghosted after paying in full and I can not recommend the company.
