I received four estimates, but only three did site visits. Three of the estimates were over $4,000. My house was built in 1993. I've had the front soft washed and repainted three times since then. Each time the price was a little higher, but no where close to $4,000. Liberty Painting's price was very reasonable and no where near $4,000. We scheduled the work for the following week. Two painters arrived on time. We discussed the scope of work, which included soft washing the wood. They were both very friendly and did excellent work. They cleaned up the work area as promised. I am completely satisfied with the results. Before, during, and after the project communication was great. They did everything promised. I highly recommend Liberty Painting.

The team knew how to work with high end paint and transformed a set of drab, beige, poorly textured, and banged up walls. They sanded the walls to manage the texture, worked expertly with tricky corners, managed complex work with dry wall to address dings and structural oddities. They are not just incredible painters - they are also amazing project managers and partners. The team managed our paint job while we traveled, but our furniture and floors were kept pristine (despite our 0% prep for them). As a result, there is paint splattered all over my baseboards. Outrageous Behavior: I have security cameras inside and outside of my house. The footage clearly shows their crew drinking and smoking inside my home for the entire duration of the job. Zero Accountability: When I reached out to management with the camera footage to get this mess resolved, they refused to take any responsibility. Instead of apologizing or offering to fix the damage, they got "smart," dismissive, and incredibly rude.
