Mike, the owner of the company personally connected with me before I booked, met me and my family when we arrived in San Antonio, and was extremely professional throughout our journey (arrival and departure). He is a family man and was compassionate of our tiredness with two infants and a lot of luggage. He did all the work and was very considerate. Even put the car seats in and out. I would rate him 10 out 5 if possible and I am a very particular person. If you are travelling to San Antonio, you must utilize him and his company. I had to make an unexpected trip to Toronto 2 weeks ago at short notice. As SXSW was in full swing in Austin I had to fly out of San Antonio. MM Transfers was such a pleasure to work with. From my initial inquiry, the reservation process, through to the pickup, ride, and drop off, every step was top notch. A seasoned professional, Michael was not fazed at all by the 7am Austin pick up. In fact, he turned up early. The ride to San Antonio was super smooth. I wish MM Transfers was an Austin-based company, or that I fly out of San Antonio Airport often so I could use them more. I highly recommend MM Transfers. We scheduled a trip for 7:30am to the airport the day before our flight. Michael texted us 40 minutes before to let us know he was enroute to our house....arriving several minutes early. The Cadillac Escalade easily handled 7 pieces of luggage and Michael was extremely helpful & courteous. While the cost is slightly more than a taxi or Uber, the reliability, piece of mind and comfortable ride is well worth it! Plus, it is much less expensive than paying for parking at the airport. Service was exceptional. They were prompt, (actually early,) courteous, helped with luggage and drove very smoothly, which is important to those of us with motion sickness. They were very easy to book and very quick with responses to questions. I would definitely recommend them and use again. They picked us up at the airport with 2 vehicles, because we had a group of 10.
