They installed it 345$…read more After doing some research and contacting the county, they said where I live in Riverview an expansion tank was not necessary, they said it sounded like an upsell. I contacted the company advised I didn't need it to come take it out sending them the supporting documents stating from the county one is not necessary. To my surprise they told me to keep it and they credit my CC back for the expansion tank charge. A few weeks later I was filling the tub to give my granddaughter a bath and the water was all rust. I've never had this issue before. The water heater is fairly new 3 years and I have it drained yearly. I couldn't get rid of the rust. I called the company that installed the water tank they said whoever installed the expansion tank used galvanized piping he took the pipes off they where all rusted inside. I had to pay to have them replaced the pipes. Per this plumbing company no one uses galvanized piping anymore because it rusts. I'm disappointed in this company.

We had an issue with our AC, we had a flyer in the mail from this company so we called. We should have looked up the reviews first. This company needs to be put straight out of business!!! I don't know who the F these people think they are. We signed up for the maintenance plan, $33/mo. Reason we got this is because wanted to have twice a year maintenance covered, with free filters, no service charge, etc. We scheduled the first check, the guy said we needed to replace AC capacitor because it was old and not working, cost was $550 and took him less than 3 minutes to install. We looked at Home Depot. Lowe's and Amazon, the part is only $30-$50. I asked to speak to a manager because that's absurd, manager gives me so BS standard statement about service, labor, warranty and knocks off $125 from the price. Then the guy comes in and says the second unit capacitor needs replacing, we told him to put it back. The guy leaves and he didn't even check/replace a single AC filter. A week or so later, I called to cancel the service and was told someone would be calling to discus the cancellation. Next day, my card was charged for $33. I called again, was told someone would call me back. Two weeks later, my card was charged $33 AGAIN. I called, this time demanding a manager. Manager proceeds to tell me that you cannot cancel maintenance plans because of the smart home AC device. I was like come pick it up or I will mail it. She says they can't be returned, you have to pay for them. What the actual F???? None of the guys that came to do maintenance said anything about not being able to cancel or not being able to return equipment. I hung up and dealt with the situation thru my bank. This company is running a scam operation. UPDATE: there is no way for me to reply to the comment below. This information is FALSE, not a single person reached out to explain membership or cancellation. As I mentioned above, I called multiple times and was told someone would call me back. The other company noted (see photos) that the area around the vent was still dirty, and at least one of the vents (which had recently been painted and had unbroken paint on the screws) looked like it hadn't been opened. When I brought this up to the company and requested a refund, I was told that I had paid for a basic cleaning, which covered the interior of the duct lines but didn't include vents and covers, and that those were covered under a deep cleaning service. I was not informed that there was a difference in cleaning types when setting up the service, and I noted that their website didn't specify this, either. Specifically, their website states, "Utilizing advanced equipment and industry-approved techniques, our skilled technicians meticulously clean all components of your duct system. This includes the supply and return ducts, registers, grills, diffusers, and associated parts." Their website also uses the phrase "beyond basic cleaning" to describe their sanitation and deodorization services--not their register/grille cleaning. After I pointed out via text that their website doesn't distinguish between basic and deep cleaning, I was ghosted. If you're going to pay for this, be aware of what you're getting.
