Our credibility, reliability, and reputation requires and demands nothing less than our top notch services and we needed a web developing company that could embrace this. Benson Design was able to help us create the vision we were wanting to express for our services. From changes of the algorithms for our calculator section to the right photos conveying our concerns and emotional frustrations felt by deprived plaintiff's who have been wronged by malicious debtors, along with their creation of our youtube video. All of which needed to convey and encompass our goals and efforts in our ability to recovering stolen assets from corrupt and malicious people. Benson Design was able to help us not only get it right with our look and image, but they also kept us focused on the right way to present our website in the most professional and effective manner. Benson Design are not that "simple" web design company that will simply take your money to build you a cookie cutter designed site just so they can check the box and move on. These guys really do put in their time, effort, and patience with us in helping us not just to design a website that looks great from our perspective but more importantly from our viewers perspective when visiting our site. Their team really took an aggressive approach in creating our website that wasn't just to our satisfaction but beyond that and more importantly, they were helping us strategize our look and our message to convey our service and capabilities in the most effective way possible. Benson Design is our web development company and we are very lucky we found these guys to assist us with everything and we will be adding new features in the future and most likely another website down the road. What should have been a quick and simple diagnostic turned into a month and a half ordeal due to the technician misdiagnosing my issue and sending me on a wild goose chase getting my motherboard replaced under warranty when it was actually an issue with the CPU (which he didn't realize because he admitted to never testing for CPU issues during the first diagnostic; apparently he didn't feel like ordering a spare CPU to test). Shockingly, the technician actually tried to convince me I should have to pay the diagnostic fee twice since he had to look at the PC again after swapping the motherboard didn't fix the issue, only to then figure out it was actually a CPU issue. He eventually relented after I said I wouldn't leave a good review if he tried to double charge me and I thought that would be the end of the ordeal, but upon picking up my PC I noticed they had dented the heat sink on my graphics card. The technician denied all responsibility, saying "I don't remember doing that"... So I emailed the owner of the store with before and after pictures showing the damage and he was completely unapologetic, dismissing all responsibility as well. Interestingly, the shop makes you sign a document stating that they are not responsible for any damage to your pc when it's in their possession, likely because of issues like this. After what they put me through, I would NOT recommend trusting them with your valuable PC.
