There are work areas set up for manicures, with all manner of polishes. All staff were extremely welcoming, full of smiles and friendly. I was led upstairs to the Butterfly Room for my treatment. A lovely calming room with the obligatory relaxing music playing. Lucy talked through what she was going to do and checked if I had any skin problems. I thoroughly enjoyed the facial which included an neck, arm and hand massage. It was that good I fell asleep only to be woken when the time was up. I would recommend this treatment and salon to anyone. Fabulous!

Sihala provides many products to be used by all women but specialises in a range of products for black people that would not be found in most high street cosmetics retailers, which often tend to overlook the specific needs of black customers. Debenhams often has 'events' when the store is open until a ridiculously late hour with discounts on everything in store, blue cross sales, end of season sales, mid season sales, in fact there's nearly a sale for every other week!! This does raise suspicions as to are they really genuine sales but sometimes you can get some really good offers. There is a cafe upstairs and a toliet. The cafe is generally quiet and has a loyalty card, each time a tea or coffee is purchased your card is stamped and when the card is full you can get a free hot drink. It's fairly expensive and doesn't have a huge range to choose from but you are almost always guaranteed to get a table.

Having said that they obviously sell the 'top of the range' things as well as large sized items so it maybe isn't too bad value for money. The staff are very helpful with finding things and the shop is located on the industrial estate so there's parking space outside.
