The lashes she uses are not super synthetic looking (like many places I've seen and have been been to) and look like natural lashes. I decided not to get a fill to see how long they would last and it was about a month before my eyelashes started looking really sad. The space was cozy, simple and clean. I came in to get a very simple and straight 2 inch hair trim from Bella and it did not go as I was hoping. Bella was polite and listened to my easy request but her attention to detail and quality was not there. I came in with my hair almost fully dry from freshly washing it so she asked if I had just washed it, which of course I answered yes to. But I wasn't expecting this question to indicate that she would start cutting my hair dry. At first I was confused because at every salon I've been to, shampooing is usually included into the price of a hair cut but I went along with it thinking maybe this place just likes to charge more for shampooing and not mention that on their website or in person (and at this point I wasn't interested in paying them extra for it anyways). Then my dissatisfaction really started to kick in when I watched Bella measure my hair for evenness. When she did this, she took a part of my hair on both sides the first time really fast and with a very quick eye (possibly noticing a difference in length, I'm not really sure); then again immediately after only using her sense of touch while looking completely away from my hair altogether. Then she proceeded to snip a bit more on one side. My trusting personality started out hoping that this was just her technique but when I got home I realized it was purely lack of effort and care. Maybe if she had put her phone down before we got started, I wouldn't have had such a horrendous experience. We finished out the waxing and just a few days later, I had hair because it all was broken off. I've never had my lashes tinted or lifted before this, but they are basically crimped upward, not curled. I have nothing to compare to, but I'm guessing she just did a poor job.
