He had three guys do the project. One older and two young kids. They worked for four day straight without any breaks. Not sure if that is how he runs his team, but my husband and I bought them lunch and provided drinks for them daily. Before the project was even complete, Bryan rolled in to "check up" but asked for the final payment. He claimed he was leaving town and needed it for payroll. Reluctantly and against our best judgement we paid him a total of $12k. The guys left before we had a chance to do a final walk through and discovered a botch job on our gate, amongst tons of nails left over and paint on our wood. We immediately addressed this and he made it seem like he was on it. Agreed it was unacceptable and would personally see to fixing it for us. After weeks of trying to get him to come by, he texted us multiple excuses. Sent a pic of a broken foot. Said his team was in the neighborhood doing another house and would come by. Even showed up once without notice and took measurements and then left lol. It's been four months.
