Communicated very well, the owner would always text with you. Then something changed in the last year or so. The communication was non existent, would not return phone calls, would not return texts. The only return of a text was when I said I was going with a different company. We had issues with our system this year, and we were "ghosted" by this company. It was quite odd. For a small town business to completely ignore the small town clientele that have been with them for so many years, and just not return text or call?
