It was overlooked because they gave a $10 discount. About a month later another appointment was made for them to come out for other irrigation issues and Lily had scheduled it. It was documented on the calendar and in phone. The day of the appointment it rained and their tech was a NO SHOW. There was no text, call or email from them to notify of any changes. When Lily was called about their no-show she repeatedly DENIED ever SCHEDULING this appointment and refused to apologize besides. This is a HORRIBLY RUDE AND INSULTNG COMPANY. Apparently they think their customers are stupid? Will not be doing business with them again and would not recommend.

We signed a written agreement for lawn care services and paid in advance. The agreed-upon services were not completed. After discussing the issue, the owner acknowledged the situation and agreed to refund us $550. Despite that agreement, the refund has not been paid. We have made multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly and have been given refund dates that have come and gone without payment. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in an effort to reach a resolution, but we are still waiting for either the promised refund or a concrete payment plan. What concerns me most is that while this issue remains unresolved, we have been blocked by the business, and the company appears to continue taking on new customers and projects. I am not sharing this to be vindictive--I am sharing it because if I had known beforehand that I might have to spend this much time and effort trying to recover money that was acknowledged as owed to me, I would have made a different decision. If the refund is paid and the matter is resolved, I will update this post accordingly. As of today, however, we have not received the $550 refund that was agreed upon. They ignored our requests and proceeded with work that was not in our best interest. They did not return phone calls. They quoted us a fraction of what the job ended up costing and they left us with an astronomical bill, with leaks and only half of the job complete.

Further, upon completion of the job, I was left with a rusted out 10 foot pipe just laying in my yard. Apparently, they don't take care of it! I find this to be ridiculous! I live in a sub division. What am I supposed to do with a 10 foot long pipe??? Also, I was quoted $250-300, and was actually charged $552. This is poor business tactics in my opinion, and I would not refer them to anyone.
