Then, when I called once my app said they were close, I was told they'd still be an hour and that "the app just does that". Admittedly, I was frustrated at this point, so upon asking if they were for real, I was met with a very passive aggressive response of "What, you think I'm lying to you? It sounds like you need a different service so I'm cancelling your dispatch". I then waited another hour for a different dispatch to go through. Ended up with a different company and a very polite driver who somehow was able to give me accurate arrival times both online and by text throughout the whole process. I guess the app doesn't just do that... Was I a perfect customer? No. Is it Arrowhead's fault that my car broke down? No. That said, if you're in a stressful situation and need clear concise information to avoid being overwhelmed, I'd request a different service.

After 40 years of being in the area, he knew the roads well and his guy found the car and towed it in same day within a short period of time! His pricing was upfront and HONEST! All I asked for was a tow but luckily the driver had time to spare so he offered to swap out my recently deceased battery for a new one. I don't know if they normally do that or if it was just a slow day for them. But either way, I appreciated it. It saved me all the hassle (and time) of being towed to another body shop (not Peterson's) approved by my tow program, and coordinate the rental car since I was on a tight travel deadline for work and needed to be 200 miles north of my dead car by the end of the day. (And then having the rental car people pick me up, take me back 15 miles to their shop, and get all set up with a car. All that jazz.) Instead, they swapped out my battery for me and had me back on the road, with my own car and the money that I would have spent on a rental car, within about an hour. And every single person involved with Peterson's that I interacted with was very friendly, helpful, and were really concerned about making sure I was back on the road ASAP. Big thanks to these guys.
